Service is usually fine, not overly friendly but that is also due to being so busy that they need to move the lines quickly and efficiently. It is not the customer's responsibility or fault to realize that is not the actual price. I bought this 5 pack called "ube flower" what attracted me as the consumer was the price $1.25. Cashier said it was an error I let it go and said it was $1.25 each I paid $7.50? Or so. The next day I return with product and spoke to a different cashier and said it was the cashier from the other day who made the error. The usual saying Filipino say " Pasensiya ho maam " If I was not Filipino I probably would be given my money back or offered a discount on something else or a free item. I am very disappointed with your customer service to say the least. What happened to the saying "the customer is always right" type of statement????
