We couldn't find record of my purchase, and instead of saying nothing I can do to help, she literally searched the day I bought the shirt for all purchases to find proof of my purchase. After 20 minutes of searching, she found it! She was able to give me a gift card for both shirts which was over $200. I am so amazed by her patience and willingness to help me. She could have easily denied me but she did everything she could to find the purchase in her system. I will only shop at this location! I always have such a great experience with the staff. Nordstrom Rack is definitely one of those stores where it pays to spend some time searching through the racks. There are so many more interesting photos of local architecture or desert scenery they could have used and more prominently displayed. The California or New York architect that designed this A&F did not care about connecting their brand locally. The locally employed retail workers were friendly and helpful.
