Service was nice, I'm just disappointed because it was for an important day and now it's too late to figure something else out.

Skin Deep is not only affordable but they have a ton of tanning beds too. Besides the day I signed up, I have always been back in a tanning bed within a minute or two of signing in with the employees. They also offer a small towel and goggles for each visit to use. If you are like me, I lose my goggles all the time - so this is a nice feature. I will definitely keep coming back to Skin Deep!

However, I had a last-minute work trip come up and had to get some vaccines prior to my travel. When I called 24 hours prior to my appt (after Labor Day weekend) to check if it would be safe for me to still get Botox, I was advised that I should not get Botox within one week of the vaccines. I asked to reschedule my appointment and was advised that I would be charged $125 cancellation fee. I feel that not only is the fee exorbitant, given that I was trying to reschedule based on their advice, NOT cancel; and it is unclear that reschedules fall under the cancellation policy which reads: " Appointments must be cancelled 3 business days in advance. If you do not cancel within 3 business days, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are based on the service. If you need to reschedule, you can do so by phone. Email and social media messages are not acceptable." I even asked if I could get a different service done in lieu of Botox but was advised only the injector was working on the day of my appointment. I will not be back and cannot recommend this business to anyone else.
