We chatted while she took my order and then I was told to come back in 10-12 minutes. This is longer than I've waited at Press Waffles (Plano location, which we also have in Waco), but I think you may get more waffle. I also love supporting local so this wasn't a big deal for me. I noticed that the strawberries she used were organic, so I believe she uses only the best/freshest ingredients. Baylor students get $1 off discount. The hospitality/customer service was genuine and friendly. My food was fresh and hot. But most importantly, it was delicious, flavorful, and fulfilling. The fish was battered like chicken, seasoned to perfection, and it's real!! The fried rice is definitely my favorite I love how that was seasoned as well, it taste like rice you could get from a hibachi grill. I definitely will keep coming back.
