They fix the flat tire for me for a price that was so cheap I won't even repeat it here...

I talked to Adam this morning about getting four tires for my daughter's 2012 X3 BMW. The tires I was looking for are very hard to find and I didn't want run flats anymore. Adam spent 10 minutes on the phone with me explaining different options and sizes that I could put on my daughter's car. He was very knowledgeable about everything he talked about and said he would do some research of the best options for the car. I talked to him a couple hours later and he had found the best tires for my car at a great price. I took my daughter's car into a shop and 45 minutes later the car was done. Adam is a rude bitch, called asking about prices for a used tire and he rudely stated he had already spoke to me and gave me the price when i called inquiring about their services. this was my first time calling this spot ever. Not a very good first impression at all considering my homie recommended me. Today was such a horrible experience with Adam who is the "owner"! Completely disrespected me and threatened to take off my tire because I was trying to "negotiate". I was told 100 totals and then Adam said 135 when I never even knew about any charges since my tire had guarantee. He spoke down at me and was just completely rude. I couldn't hear him behind the glass he was talking to me and I had never felt so violated from an "owner". My family and I have been going to Rolling Hills tires for many years and for him to treat me the way he did today was very disappointing! I left in tears and at least Pepe was very nice and apologized for Adam's behavior but I am extremely sad in the way he handled the situation today! I was at work a few blocks away when I was informed my car had a tire going flat. Yelp showed Rolling as open so I drove over. Turns out they open at 730 not 7 . I waited the 10 min . When they opened I was promptly motioned in to a lift and in under 15 min on my way with a new tire. Price was reasonable. found them on facebook marketplace (fbmp), listing a full set of Falken Wildpeak AT4's in 265-70-17's mounted and balanced for $750. seemed kinda sketchy since most other shops were charging $200 per tire only. went in next morning, and after showing the guys their fbmp ad/listing, they went to work. an hour later and $750 lighter, tires were mounted, and wheels were balanced. a bit far for me, but worth the time and drive out. if you can find their ad on fbmp, it's legit! read more

It says rolling wheels and tires not breaks fourth time here. They did my brakes on my work truck and the guy says he put the spring in backwards or it broke won't give me an honest answer. Adam the owner quoted me a price for two tires he was very reasonable but when it was time to pay he RIPPED me off by saying oh it's plus tax, everyone pays tax. the tax wasn't the problem, I get it sure tax but it was the fact that he added $250 in taxes like how the hell did he calculate that!! A great review deserves a 5 star, bad service and practice deserves a 1, this place sold me tires and wheels more than a year ago. I didn't live near and they knew it when they sold me the product. A year later I went out after noticing major humming on tires and cupping eating of tires only to find out from the tire center that the wheels where never balance and never had weights installed. 1 wheel was more the 16 oz off. My wheels were ruined. It was too late to claim a refund but a straight warning here at this place a buyers beware. Still not happy as it's taken still 4 more with little correction to the noise on tires. read more

I drive a 20-year-old Acura TSX. I had noticed that my front driver tire was constantly losing air. I bought them in September and had the tire inspected, no problem with the tire. I called Rolling Tires and Wheels in Harbor City and explained my problem. I spoke with George on the phone and he told me to bring my car in. I went right away. He was kind enough to drive my car into the repair area and started working on my car right away. I have chrome wheels and they corrosion on them. Thank goodness, it only on the one wheel. I was there maybe 20 minutes or a little more . He then drove my car to the curb, so I didn't have to back out. Little gestures like that mean a lot to me. To update, I got a reply with the BBB from the company trying to paint me out to be a bad person. Adam, the business owner, tried to offer me $100 credit to be used at their establishment, however I declined. As I have stated before they broke that trust with me so I will not allow them to touch my car again. In his response, he denied any wrongdoing on their part. He also never spoke on his unprofessional behavior. I find it very disappointing that they would want to credit me $100 to get services with them but not refund me the $150 for the subpar service I received. I hope that this review helps someone else.
