I then asked about an online menu, and she said they didn't have one, followed by, "I have to go," and she hung up. I sincerely hope she was just having a bad day, because if this is how the business operates--or what they allow their employees to get away with--they have a serious problem. There is simply no excuse for being rude to a potential new customer. I was calling because I was interested in trying their pizza and potentially becoming a customer. Unfortunately, after that experience, I will never darken their door or spend a dime there. First impressions matter, and this one was certainly not a good one.

I just think it's sad that in this day and age, we have to just accept bad experiences or else face the consequences of being called derogatory names. If the food would have been hot though, it would have been outstanding.
