Really enjoyed coming here. We were on a road trip to PCB and wanted to make a few stops along the way. Not your normal distillery tasting, but certainly one that I very much appreciated. The owner of the distillery works alongside his son to run the place, which is very cool and admirable. We came in just about an hour before close, and were excited to do a tasting. Not having done a ton of research before arriving, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of offerings they had. There were several types of rums, ranging from light to dark, accompanied with a vodka and whiskey. Patrick was great at telling us the history of how they came to this place, but also the history of rums, and the legalities of what it took to get to where they are today, to be able to open and run a distillery. He was full of lots of history, which made the tasting interactive and educational. Great stop along the way. If you like rum, you will not be disappointed! read more

Traveling through to our vacation spot, we saw this on the map and decided to see what kind of spirits Florida was about. Patrick did not disappoint! We came in about an hour before closing, and Patrick was still happy to give us a tasting with quite a bit of history to go with it! The tasting room is a tiny office space next to the distillery area. We didn't get a chance for a tour as our timing was close to end of day for them, and it was just Patrick on site at the time. The parking lot has plenty of space available. Easy enough to get in and out of. Patrick chatted us up about their products, and history. And just general knowledge of the spiritsnane the history of how some of these items came to be, and their background in the industry. I learned a lot of cool bits of knowledge. One of the things that struck me about the distillery during our research phase of the trip was the artwork on the bottles. Turns out that his son, who is also running the business with Patrick, is the artist! The bottles look so cool, enjoy the pictures! The tasting was very good! We had quite a variety of sips to taste and compare. Basically lightest to heaviest. We ended up walking away with Rock'n Rum, and Spiced Rum (for winter drinks). Workers are absolutely unprofessional. Store hours say they are closed at 5, as does their website. The parking lot is congested and they have a ton of spots blocked off. Showed up at 5:05 and was rudely directed to move my vehicle and the worker stated they were open. The sign's hours say they are closed at 5, but the guy pointed to the neon light and said they were open. I wouldn't give them my business or recommend them just based off the unprofessionalism of their employees. read more

My daughter and I make it a point on our vacations to visit local breweries and distilleries. We have been all across America enjoying this perk. Our visit to this local distillery was one of the best. Mr. Paul was very informative and made the tour delightful and worth every moment. I love vodka and their vodka is crisp and smooth. We showed up without a reservation for the tour, only to find out they don't run tours daily. Despite our oversight, Pat graciously offered us a personal tour and sampling of their products. If you plan on going, and I suggest you do go, its best to call ahead a day or two. Their facility is in an office park located off 98 Highway - about 45 minutes from Miramar Beach. The distillery is small, but Patrick did a great job explaining the process and how they developed the various rums and vodka. He runs it with his dad, and they are relatively young in the industry. They have multiple flavors of rum and vodka we tried - I can say it was all delicious and smooth. Even the vodka, which I usually can't stand, was smooth. We left with 5 bottles of their product and plan to return next time we are in the area. read more

What an awesome little distillery tucked away! I've lived in Navarre for a while and just found out about this gem. I am ALL ABOUT local/small businesses and these guys (Paul and Patrick) are so passionate about their spirits it beams out of them. We went for a tour and a tasting, the tasting room is small but gorgeous and there's lots of adorable art. We got some stickers and a bottle of rum and a bottle of vodka. Um..the spirits are nice, so thats great. The tour on the other hand, is just standing in a one room roll up door area. They suggest you make an appointment to "tour". Ours was at 10am when they opened. We arrived at opening at 10am and he was 10 - 15min into the tour because the other 2 people "got there early". What the heck? Lol! Anyhow..The fans are much louder than the guy talking, I did my best to read lips for 45 minutes. I enjoy information and learning but there wasnt much to view and we could have gone inside and actually heard what was said. On to the tasting area, information was great, but making any comments or having any humor is out of the question, lol. So just go and listen and learn, no talking. Or skip this whole "tour" bit and just go grab a bottle, Rock N Rum and the vodka is pretty good. read more

The guys (father&son) who run this place really do a top notch job. The tour was personal, super informative and entertaining. The facility is nice and you get to learn a lot about the distillation process. Then you get a great tasting session and yes, the spirits taste amazing! My husband and I took a tour of this place today, we got a deal with Groupon. It was amazing. I was so impressed with the entire tour and tasting. The tasting room is small but cute. I really enjoyed how knowledgeable Paul and Patrick were at this place and how accommodating they were. I know we will be back next time we are in the Pensacola region.
