I bought my car in August of this year and took the car to an Infiniti dealer and they said the back tires are plugged and the key fob doesn't go to my car. When I called them to have the issue resolved they said they would call me back and NEVER have. after repeated attempts, til this day they haven't gotten a call back. But they can contact me about the pink slip to my trade in, and when the sales person called me asking if I bought a car from the them the following day I knew I was gonna have issues with this dealership. They're VERY unprofessional and unorganized telling me they had the wrong name on the car that was sold to me. What?! Do not waste your time or money. I drove 45 minutes to look at a car I found online. First thing I notice when I walk in is a small sign on the salesman's desk stating that the online price was only if you had 2500$ in cash or trade.....classic bait and switch. On car gurus there is no notification of this either, I filed a complaint with them as well. Now normally I would have just left, but the salesman was good and after I walked away he called me and we were able to make a deal over the phone the next day. Now here's the rub, I couldn't get back there for two days, I offered to put down a deposit on the car to hold it for me. ( non refundable) to show that I was serious. I was told not to worry about it and that it would be there. The day before I go to pick up the car I get a message in the afternoon saying it was sold. Naturally I was upset, and even though there were many apologies I was basically told that it was sold to someone for more money than the deal I had in place. Now, had I been outbid in the moment then I would have no leg to stand on and would move on, but I had a verbal agreement in place and they did not honor it. Absolutely rip off. DO NOT BUY THE WHITE SRT JEEP CHEROKEE!!!! I bought it February of last year ($46k) and it was nothing but a money pit, and rolls auto was NO HELP. SRTs are great and that's all I own. This specific jeep is a HOAGIE. Thank god I paid for the extended warranty. The mechanic I dealt with was beyond phenomenal. He was stumped as well and told me to find someone who specializes in electrical issues with vehicles. Even after being serviced multiple times, new engine, new radiator and much more had to be replaced. Long story short, I sold it because it has some kind of electrical shortage and would give me a service shifter light then the vehicle would seize up and shut off. Took it to a Jeep dealer (paid out of pocket) traded it in and ROLLS AUTO bought the vehicle back and are advertising it like it like it's a premium vehicle. It is not. Pretty shocking experience. Car dealerships seem to always be willing to put the customer first and make a deal. Apparently not at Rolls Auto Sales. Spoke to Chris the sales manager. Informed me there was no movement on price, even thought I stated I found multiple vehicles in the local area for less money. Gave me a speech about how " they price cars at the best price possible." Clearly not when websites states the vehicle is over priced and I found 2 others for less. Kept interrupting me while I was informing him of this, and got defensive when I asked for his GM Michael's number to see if he might actually be a salesman and try to work a deal for the customer. The GOOD reviews of this place are PHONY!! They are selling really high price that is grayed out is what they are selling for and lowballing on trades..typical used car dealer nonsense. The vehicle I was looking at a nice other than the tires Yukon Denali is still sitting on their lot.. Came pre-qualified and ready to purchase. They took a look at trade VERY clean high line vehicle they offered 3000 below the lowest bottom line trade value anywhere else. A large online retailer offered 6000 more than their offer sight unseen.. says alot right there! Even after they came with the crazy numbers I waited a day and tried to let them fix themselves.. Anthony sent a buyers order with updated numbers which offered 2000 more for the trade but was still way below the value of the car! Also when they ask you how much are u putting down stick hard to 2500 plus which I did and Turtle aka Anthony ever so sly put 2000 on the paper that way they don't honor the "minimum 2500 down" to get the sale price... They do the sale price so google searches will make u think they are actually selling at a good price NOT they are actually above the market read the fine print VERY carefully! Also for note he didn't fill in any of the information on the buyers order meaning this is our car price is.. tax for sale is.. your trade value non of that! All slick underhanded moves! For note I am mid aged good job plenty of income and credit is good..Didn't have to be there in other words but trying to give a small Philly business some play bad idea that was. They tried to size us up and failed miserably.. Owner or at least the top guy on location doesn't even say hello to customers. What a waste of my time. I filled out their application online and one of their salespeople called me and told me I was approved. Then I go in and they run my credit and tell me I'm not approved. They could have literally told me that over the phone. I appreciate the places that told me straight up that I was not approved. That way I didn't have to waste my time physically going there. They only go by your credit. They don't actually care about anything else. So if your credit is really bad don't waste your time. They'll lie to you and say you're approved just to get you in the door. They don't care about humiliating you once you get there. By the grace of God I now have a car, a Mazda, which the cocky salesman told me I'd never be approved for a Japanese car with my "bad credit". He told me to only think about American cars. He also told me I wouldn't get $200 down which I got $195 down elsewhere. Well guess what I'm driving a very nice Mazda in spite of their cocky salesman who looked at me like I was dirt based on my bad credit. If you have bad credit, go elsewhere! We purchased a vehicle little over two years ago came to a set price for the vehicle we were interested in, salesperson was very helpful at the time of purchase. He said they had a 30 day warranty on all vehicles on the lot, we drove home with the car and we noticed a vibration when you surpassed the 40 miles an hour, we called and the salesperson said bring it back and let me see what's wrong. We took the car back and he test drove the car and came back and said he didn't feel anything. I knew I was feeling a vibration once we hit the 40 mile an hour mark, but he keep insisting nothing was wrong. Then the gas cap cover came loose, once again we called and he said he could kit do anything about that, I started to get upset but was not worth getting angry. We took the car to mavis discount tire and asked them what could be wrong explaining the vibration, they took a look at the tire size and said was the wrong tires on the car. I said go ahead and replace all 4 tires, the car has not vibrated since, and as for the gas cap cover I had a new one put on as well. Why say you have a 30 day warranty, and also take a extended warranty out on the car when and just tell us nothing can be done. Buyer beware I just wish they would have taken care of the problem from the beginning. Mind you we had not had the car in our possession for more then a 2 day span. They have nice cars on the lot but don't follow through with the warranty. In the end it cost us a total of about $700.00 to replace the tires and the gas cap cover. Something that should have been covered under the 30 day warranty. read more

This place is a dump and so are the salesman there, or at least the one dealt with (partially my own fault for continuing to go through with the sale). For starters this guy was not discreet with my information. We were allowed to test-drive the car around the block, and the prize wheel was not offered. All things I can live with. What I can't live with is this: the fluids in the car were not replaced or even checked and filled upon taking the car, there was zero gas in the car, and the license plate was not installed properly. Rolls Auto Sales are the most dishonest and untrustworthy company I have ever come across. All of the mechanics I have been to since I bought a car from them have laughed at me for buying from them and pointed out many lessons to be learned. I bought a car (2013 Mercedes C250) with less than 100,000 miles on it when I moved from Arizona to Pennsylvania. I did not know a mechanic yet, and the salesperson assured me that it passed all necessary tests and had great tires on it. After a short test drive, I popped the hood and asked questions about everything. All of my questions were met with lies. How are the tires? Great and in amazing shape. Is the engine original? Yes. Are there any oil leaks? No. What about this electrical tape on the airflow duct? It is common on this car to find and does not affect it negatively in any way. These are some of the lies that I specifically remember. Upon driving off the lot, the car had broken down on the side of the road before I got home. Check engine light was on and there was no acceleration when pressing on the gas. After negotiating with multiple people over the course of several hours, Rolls agreed to get a mechanic near me to look at the car. After a quick look, the mechanic said there were at least 7-8 things that needed to be fixed, including everything they lied about. There was an oil leak from the turbocharger. The tires were so bad that the mechanic said he doesn't know how they passed the inspection at all. The sway link bars were broken on both sides L&R. Fuel injectors were bad. Ignition coils were bad. Spark plugs were bad. The valve cover gasket was bad. Converter bracket bolt missing. The high-pressure direct injection fuel pump was bad. Needless to say, I was irritated and felt cheated out of $15,762.04. They said they did not want this mechanic to touch it, and that they wanted to send it to their best. They also explained that they knowingly use a guy to pass cars that shouldn't so that they can save money. I asked for them to take the car back and refund my money. They said they would not do this as it was impossible for them to do. Also, they said that they were not Walmart and never conducted returns. They then took the car for a couple of weeks and returned it to me. After 5 minutes of driving, the same thing happened. I called them and they did the same process. Again, several weeks later, I got the car back and it broke down again within 5 minutes. This time I expressed my frustration again and said I wanted them to refund my money. I attempted multiple times to get them to take it to the mechanic I had found by me which was giving me the most honesty I received since moving here. Again, they said no and took it back. Rinse and repeat, this time I got the car back and it was shaking at idle. They had me go to their mechanic who I had spoken to on the phone before and didn't want to because of how extremely rude he was to me. He said in that call that Rolls Auto was the customer and that he wouldn't talk to me. Well, I had to get an Uber down to the mechanic in order to "show" him what was wrong. When I was there the mechanic called me an idiot for buying from Rolls and told me that he was being pressured to put used parts in the car and write them off as new. He explained to me that this is why the car continued to break down. He told me he would fix it right if I paid him directly and did not go through Rolls Auto. Also, he stated that he would no longer be willing to touch my car unless I handed him money. I took my car and continued to call rolls auto. After weeks of trying to get a hold of a manager due to them being on "Vacation", I finally got them to agree to let me take it to my mechanic. After I got it to my mechanic and was assured that they would be paying the bill, they said they would only pay $800 because that is what they could get for the parts wholesale. After days of negotiating (trying to get them to pay for it) they said, $1,200 take it or leave it. $3,735.53 was my final bill. So, I paid $2,535.53 out of pocket. I bought the car in July of 2021 and really drove it for the first time in November of 2021. 5 months I have not had transportation. 5 months I have been bumming rides, renting cars, and using LYFT/UBER to get around $$$$. Today is 01/15/2022 and it has broken down again. The emotional toll that this business has caused me is extreme, to say the least. I will be leaving reviews wherever I can, and will be in contact with BBB and the Pennsylvania Department of Consumer Affairs. I will also be in contact with my lawyer to see what can be done. Please do not punish yourself by buying from these people. Heartache and headache will only ensue. read more

I took my 21yr daughter to Roll's auto sales to purchase a vehicle in her price point for the amount she saved. We came across a 2008 Nissin Roque. My daughter fell in love with the car but I still had reservations. We were unable to test drive the vehicle because it had a flat and it was buried behind other cars. Our salesman reassured us the car was in great condition and it was just traded in. Needing a car for work my daughter agreed, after 2 weeks of driving the car we had to put in another $1600 for shocks/ axle rod, and barring's. 1 week later the check engine light came on and long story short she needed a new transmission $3200. The 2 totals together is more then what was paid for the car. Finally, the car broke down on the Blvd and she had to sell the car for $500 just to get out of her insurance for car she couldn't drive. I contacted Roll's who said it was a as-is vehicle, but failed to mention the work it needed. Stay away from this place unless you have money to throw down the drain. read more

I really wish I would have went to craigslist and spent 1500 on a piece of s*** at least then getting what you paid for would make more sense.
