So when I first got my car it was a 4.5 review. It but when I say I honestly regret my decision to purchase my car here. So I haven't had my car 3 months. When I went in I was originally supposed to see Art, but I was switched off to Angelo. So I'm there for hours trying to get approved for a loan since. I finally get one for the car I want. They well me to tell the bank I put down 5K as my down payment. When I actually put down 1500. I'm like . Okay? So I'm a stickler about paper work so I'm reading through everything before I sign and I see a clause where it says " you can't return the car simply because you don't want it anymore" basically it's yours once you sign this. This was a huge red flag for me and I even ask about this and he tried to play it off . But I know like 99% shops give you like 30 return policy . Why wouldn't this one?? So I ask about gap insurance or do they offer an extended warranty? They said 90 days and I was trying to get someone for a few years even if I had to pay more for it but they said it's only 90 days . Through them . So I'm like oh okay . So I get into my car . I noticed my mirror screen is cracked : I asked them about fixing it. They said they would it was supposed to be fixed but it was placed on the lot " soo fast" they didn't get a chance to order it. Mind you Amazon exists but I said okay put this in my paperwork so this can be noted that it will be fixed no charge to me. Prior to me leaving I notice my inspection stickers were lifting I asked them to fix it . I go back to look before I leave their GONE! Angelos response ? You have 7 days in PA. To get stickers . Sir Idc if I have a year please make sure my car that I just paid for is legit! I drive off. I got to fix me rear view mirror and what do you know . It's broken . So I call them they tell me to come back tomorrow and they will fix it. And this begins the 3 months of the run around game . I go to my local mechanic to have the car checked out and I find out that all 4 of my tires are balled my under carriage is almost shot breaks are done . I shouldn't have passed inspection and so much more mind you my car is 2 weeks old! So of course I reach out to them because now this is 3k worth of work that is needed and I'm pissed So I they have called ID once they know how you are they stop answering your calls. My calls would go ignored for days on end. When I would finally get In touch with someone they would say the person I needed to speak to wasn't in the office . My Menenich finally reaches them on the phone and low key calls them out on what their going with the run around and they semi do some of the work that needs to be done . But. A month later !! My TRANSMISSION goes ! Mind you this a 2016 with 106 miles. Nissian rouge . It took a month ! For it to be fixed . I went a month without a car . And when I finally was able to talk to the owner when everything hit the fan it was like I had no idea about anything. I named everyone I had spoken to and he said " wow you've talked to everyone" with ZERO solution. What's worse is I had to pay for my own towing . When they said the would have my car towed to them . I wasted hours waiting for them just to say they didn't have anyone . They don't have any loaner cars nothing your literally on your own . I can say the only person who wasn't bad was Juan the service person who fixed my radio and Mirror once he was told about it . But on top of everything I got a call saying they were gonna cash a check for 1600 to pay my tax titles and fees to Penn dot when that was ALREADY PAID also I never signed a check and they never called me back it was the fact that they even attempted that when they knew I had my paper work is wild !! When I say RUN AWAY!! It isn't with the hassle it took my 3 months to write the review and I wish it could've been better don't like this place take advantage of you like they did me * I have all my text messages as proof too I case they wanna get on this review and try to lie* read more

I purchased my second car from them a little over a year ago. The car was a total lemon. But I trusted Angelo being that I had purchased from him before. It has had nothing but problems. After 4 months of driving the car the transmission went. It was covered under warranty. Once again the transmission is going to have to be replaced. Angelo will never respond. They say its not there issue. There have been numerous things with the car in which i had requested were fixed before i picked it up. Came in bc of a noise I was hearing that concerned me and as always I am greeted with smiles and service and by my first name without ever having to remind anyone who I am. My salesman Chris from my April 1st purchase always making sure I'm satisfied with my vehicle. New Juan as I call him since there are two Juan's in service has gone above and beyond to make sure my car is running smoothly even makes sure I have a Red Bull as I wait! Pete the finance manager is so accommodating very welcoming even fed me pizza as I waited for my car to be repaired. And to Chris's dad a master mechanic who went above and beyond to fix my sway bar and in this extreme heat of a day there aren't words strong enough to describe how much I appreciate you guys for your exceptional service! I get everyone's experience is different but here's ours. So this honestly was a last resort but clearly this needs to be said and done because this seems to be the only way to get an repsonse from someone in charge from Vista Auto Group. I'm all about supporting small businesses, but when you have a small business that is messing with someone's livelihood and how they make money is absoulutey unacceptable. My boyfriend recently purchased a car from Vista Auto Group. Now I completely understand that we purchased a used car. But most used car places will atleast check to make sure that the car is INSPECTED AND SAFE TO DRIVE. Who sales a car without it having a inspection, they send you to another shop to have it inspected within 2 weeks of getting the car. Prior to taking the car for the insoection the AC worked. While having it inspected the check engine light comes on but can't work on the car without talking to Vista first inwhich there was a delay in the communication. I have my qualms about L& A Auto but thats not why I;m here now. After getting the car back from L&A auto we notice that the air conditioner no longer works. Do you know what it's like to have to use your car for work, and work in 90 + degree weather with no air, its absosullety horrible and inhumane, but did VIsta care.. Nope. Finally was able to take the car to Vistsa to be seen by Juan and was told to take it to L&A auto regarding the air conditioner and the fact that the breaks needed to be changed. He getes to L&A AUTO just for them to add freon to the car, nothing abou the breaks was done because that needing to be done wasn't communicated to them by Vista. Now before he left L&A nobody told him to come back to have it checked out again. Here we are the following week, and now the breaks are grinding against the roators so loudly where i tgought it was a train passing by. Breaks don't get like that overnight or from 2 weeks of driving. I've tried to be nothing but nice when try to communicate these issues but enough is enough, why have a mechanic if he isn't going to ensure that the vehicles you sell are atleast safe for preople to drive. I don't know how many times its been told to Vista that he uses his car for work, if the car doesn't work, and he can't work, how do you think you're getting paid? Which may seem horrible but purchasing a car was a more cost effeicient thing to do instead of renting cars. The car needs work breaks, air conditioner leak, tire sensor, check engine light, at this point we're honestly ready to return the car and just be done because it would be less stress on us. I honestly could keep going with the complaints Ive had with Vista but there's no need, THEY SELL LEMONS, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. if you need proof just don't focus on the good reviews where people had good experiences, you need to focus on the issues Vista has had with prior clients. read more

This company is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. They waisted an hour drive time an hour of being there only to be turned away. They lied to me in every aspect imaginable. They told me no matter what my credit is they can get me into a vehicle. Turns out when I got down there the person I was speaking to didn't even work there. I was told they work at some corporate place. I felt terrible I drug my family an hour drive there to be denied after being told over and over it wasn't an issue they could get me into a vehicle with my current situation. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. their inventory wasn't even accurate. When I got there the vehicle in question wasn't even there. They had no idea what truck I was talking about. After spending an hour there waiting. I got the run around . I know I have bad credit and so did they. It would have been easier for them to say they couldn't help me. It was only a ploy to get me in the door. POOR SERVICE. the only truck they had there was up on a lift. For all I know it could have been broke down and they tried selling it to me. We found Vista thru a car we where looking at on Autotrader online. I inquired about the car for my daughter.who was purchasing her first vehicle. We where contacted br Chris one of the salespeople (excellent and professional and pretty honest guy). The car we wanted initially was sold the day before. He called me twice with different options and we liked one of the cars, we went in and we had our mechanic look at the car it was a good car. Everyone we dealt with represented the company well, from Sony who gave us the history on the vehicle and what they had done to it to get ready to be sold, to reassuring us of some minor concerns we had that the dealership would handle them. To Zully who was through and very informed about the motor vehicle process to management who made the deal happen. The whole team was solid and wanted the deal to happen and so did we. Brought a car from here around this time last year. When walking in I requested for a specific car but my sales man was admitted about me getting another car that was on the lot. Due to all the excuses on why the vehicle I originally wanted I couldn't get I just settled. Not even a hour of me purchasing the vehicle the engine light, brakes, driver side door, and taillight were all giving me issues. I had immediately called my sales man to get rid of the vehicle and he had prolonged me with an answer on whether or not my paperwork had gone through. I brought the vehicle back and he referred me to a family member for all my issues to get fix. I sent my vehicle there and not even a hour later I get a call back stating that every was fix. The hedge of my door was removed he manually removed the engine light which came back on shortly after and stated the brakes were grinding do to it sitting for sometime. Not even a month later my transmission went and not only did I have one but two warranties and still had to come out of pocket. It took them several months before they had even started the work. Several loaner cars where giving to me that were in worse conditions than my vehicle. First loaner car the rear view mirror flew off while driving as well as shaking and they told me to keep for a few days so I told them I refuse to drive something unsafe. Not only did they state I should be lucky to have a loaner but they were unaware even though the vehicle belonged to one of them at some point. Second loaner transmission went and the third had similar issues. Communication is not there would never recommend to anyone. read more

Every time I call to try to resolve this issue I get directed to a voicemail, or my call to the dealership doesn't even get answered. Been pulled over multiple times because my license plate doesn't register to anything. Very unprofessional, definitely would NOT recommend buying a car here. Horrible company.. my son bought a car from there, and the check engine light came on less then 30 days of having the car. He called several times to have it serviced while under warranty and was told several times that they didn't have any time to check it nor fix the problem. Then my son gets a notice from DMV stating he sent a check that bounced and returned for 1600 , he doesnt write checks nor was the the check number ever a transaction with his bank. Turns out the dealership sent a check in his name to DMV and it bounced and my son's registration is now blocked until he pays it , the car is work 19,000 if that but the charge is for 30,000 to be paid off in a short time. They also lied about the down payment saying my son gave them 3000 but he gave them 1000. They are scammers that put people in cars they know they can't afford and put those people in financial hardship meanwhile the bank pays them the money for the car so the dealership could care less.! read more
