That $199 immediately became $490 plus a $75 tip for their cheapest rental. When I politely questioned the drastic change in price, I received no response. Thats to be expected when dealing with people that run advertising scams to price gouge couples on their wedding day. Don't trust people that operate their business this way. Update: I requested a quote through The Knot - all the same details but the quote (with tip) was $65 more. He's pulling rates out of his butt! He explained that the $199 deal was for 2 hour minimum (not posted anywhere). So 1 hour costs more than twice as much as 2 hours. Sketchy business through and through. read more

Our driver Rick was so cool! Charismatic, genuinely excited for us, and most importantly, a safe navigator. However, the car we were picked up in was not the car we were promised. On our journey to the venue, Rick explained that we could swap with our preferred car for the second part of our experience (it was previously unavailable). We discussed the switch-a-roo in detail during the drive -- personally would have strongly preferred being fully present for the $550 experience, but the car switch logistics were worth discussing! But then it never happened. We were ushered into the wrong car, and the car we were promised was parked down the street. Two wedding cars on the same road was pretty awkward; our family took photos of the parked car we preferred but never got to experience! :( We didn't want to question anything or fuss in the moment on our big day, but a couple weeks later, we tried connecting with Michael, the owner of Rolls Livery, to discuss and understand the mixup. Booked a beautiful 1960 Rolls Royce Cloud for our wedding on 9/21/2019, which took place on the beach at Coronado. Unfortunately due to some miscommunication, the car was waiting for us at a different spot than the wedding location, so by the time we were able to meet up with the car, we didn't have any time for professional photos with the car. Despite the circumstances, the driver was extremely cordial and kind, offering us sparkling wine and apologizing for the mishap. He was very sweet and nicely dressed, and was a complete gentleman. Michael, the owner, apologized as well although it definitely seemed like there was some honest miscommunication from our wedding coordinator, but I really appreciated Michael being so polite, courteous and professional. When my parents were married in the 70s, they had a classic rolls Royce to transport them from the church to their reception hall. As a little girl seeing the photos, I knew that's what I wanted to do for my wedding day too. When the time came to start planning my own wedding day, I did some research and found rolls livery. From day one, Michael was super responsive and got back to me the same day. We spoke on the phone and I immediately put down a deposit to secure the car we wanted. As the day approached, there were some changes of plans and Michael was always gracious and accommodating. Again, every time I reached out I always heard back promptly and they were always flexible. The day of our wedding, our driver Lauren was right on time and ready to go. The car itself was absolutely stunning and pristine, and Lauren was so sweet and patient. She moved the car for us to take photos after the ceremony and made the whole process stress free. She had such a calm demeanor and was a joy to work with. After our reception, Michael was there ready to take us to our hotel. He was so patient as we got all our things together before taking off.
