Since they seem to handle a lot of corporate-scale installations, I initially wondered if my project might be too small--but that concern disappeared pretty quickly. The team was already very familiar with Ubiquiti systems and was incredibly patient working with me despite my fairly basic understanding. They walked me through the tradeoffs and ultimately recommended stepping up from mid-range equipment to more professional-grade options. The reasoning was clear, the cost/benefit made sense, and at no point did I feel pressured--just well-advised. The actual Ethernet installation work was top-notch--smurf tubing, recessed (not sticking out!) enclosures, and everything. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is honestly beyond what I would normally expect (or even feel comfortable demanding from contractors). They went above and beyond without being asked, and the cable organization is immaculate. Huge thanks to Justin and John for their precision and quality of work, and to Jim and Rodrigo for their thoughtful recommendations on equipment and access point placement. If you're looking for a team that combines technical expertise with professionalism and genuine care, I'd absolutely recommend them.

The quote we received for 3x cable runs was 400% more than the team we hired, and that team said their pricing was "average pricing." We also were quoted the highest end hardware, which would have been excessive for our needs. If you can afford to shop around and the timing of your project allows, we highly suggest shopping around!

Daniel impressed me with his knowledge, his skills, thoroughness, and his attention to detail. He not only removed the components of the alarm system, he carefully patched the holes in the walls afterwards and was even nice enough to remove a couple of non-related old hooks in my ceiling and patch those holes, as well as a hole in my kitchen left over from removal of a water heater control box. In addition to being very competent and professional, Daniel was also very friendly. I am not interested in a new security system at this time but if I was I would not hesitate to reach out to Daniel.

In addition, he was able to show me the clarity of the footage even at night. I was immediately sold. Daniel was also very responsive and kept me updated every part of the step (even if he was running 5 min. late). As a home owner, I've learned that water is not my friend and Daniel shared the same view. He proactively pointed out areas where he thought would be a risk of water intrusion and mitigated that during the install. I will say that the NVR system is not for the technically challenged. It's very powerful in what it can do, which takes a lot of initial setup time. However, Daniel was able to help setup exactly what I needed. If he couldn't figure it out, we worked with the vendor to get the system completely dialed in. He did not stop until I was happy with my settings. I'm very satisfied with my install but most importantly feel much safer with "big brother" watching over. I would recommend Daniel to any of my friends and family.

Aside from being very knowledgeable about his domain, Kurtis and his team are also able to think creatively about different solutions. The pathway they created for all the wiring took them a great deal of effort, but it's almost invisible, both inside and outside the house. Their team worked tirelessly to make sure everything was installed well while maintaining the esthetic of our house. Asking for small adjustments, like lowering the TV after the first installment or removing older cameras, was never an issue. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Kurtis, and I'd be more than happy to approach him again for future projects.

We have been extremely happy with our new TVs with upgraded sound, our extended wifi, and mind-blowing theater system in our "man cave". I 100% recommend Kurtis Company.

As a consultant, I work from home and my wife works from home most days, so we needed a great system that accommodates lots of video calls, as well as home security, entertainment, a growing list of indoor and outdoor app-controlled devices, and strong wifi access for friends, colleagues, and family who stop by. And we also know that, in the future, nearly everything will need to be connected to the network. After weeks of searching for a solution, we discovered Brilliant Connectivity, which designs and installs Ubiquiti Unifi networking systems, the finest high-performance networks and wireless products on the market. Daniel G, the owner and founder, is a senior IT expert with deep knowledge and experience using Ubiquiti products to create customized networking solutions for his clients. And his installer, Rafael, did an excellent and clean installation that covers our entire house, upstairs, downstairs, interior and exterior. It is our pleasure to give Brilliant Connectivity our highest recommendation. Thanks to them, we have a home networking solution that meets all of our needs, and there are no more frustrating IT glitches and time-consuming DIY fixes to deal with. Thank you, Daniel and Rafael!

We hired this company for a lighting design and low-voltage specification package for a high-end…read morecustom home project and paid approximately $5,000 upfront, expecting a complete, buildable lighting plan our electrician could follow during construction. The primary reason we hired them was for guidance on LED strip lighting systems, transformer sizing and placement, wiring diagrams, wine cellar backlighting, stair lighting, under-cabinet lighting, ceiling details, niches, and other architectural lighting features throughout the home. Despite multiple follow-ups, onsite discussions, renderings, and repeated emails, we never received complete specifications for many of the most critical items needed to move construction forward. We repeatedly had to ask basic but essential questions such as: * which LED strips to use * which transformers were compatible * where transformers should be located * what the electrician should wire for * load calculations and system divisions These were not additional requests -- this was the core service we hired them for. The most frustrating part was the lack of urgency and accountability despite construction actively progressing onsite. Instead of simplifying the project, we were left researching products ourselves, coordinating missing technical information manually, and trying to avoid delays caused by incomplete documentation. Considering the amount paid and the level of follow-up required from our side, the engagement ultimately delivered very little practical value to the project. It genuinely felt like the $5,000 fee was largely wasted. For a company operating in the luxury residential space, this level of communication, coordination, and incomplete delivery is extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company for projects where responsiveness, technical detail, and timely execution actually matter.
