I stopped by here after hearing about the wonderful food that was catered at an office party. The location is in an industrial place. So hard to find when you find it you go in and it's cute. It's a little store where the restaurant in the back. They had a lot of frozen stuff to go, so I got the lasagna in the chicken Parm. I went home to cook it, but I didn't follow the instruction and cooked it when it was half tall so it wasn't too good when it came out anyways the lasagna was decent. I think maybe the food would be better if you eat at their restaurant. The service aka the cashier was nice.

Update: I made the eggplant Parm last night and it failed the taste test. The eggplant was chewy and the end cuts of the plant were included, that' would be discarded in Prep. The sauce was great. We ll finish it and stick with Lasagna next time. I turned the baguette into garlic bread. Love this Store.

Roma Imports has been on my radar for years, but I never made the time to visit. I finally had the chance when I got to pick the catering company for my team's dinner and I'm glad I did. The food was fantastic. It's definitely a place you need to look for. The storefront is modest and tucked into a mixed-use part of town, surrounded by a few industrial buildings, so it's easy to miss. They accommodated my short-notice catering order without any issues. The food was hot, ready within minutes of my arrival, and the counter staff double-checked everything with me and even helped load the order into my trunk. Everything was packaged really well, so nothing spilled during the drive. My team loved the dinner, and I'll be returning soon to try the food in person.

Finally got to try t to try the spot which has been on my list for quite a long time. Walking in you're able to see that they have some deli items for sale and a long refrigerator, as well as a display case. You can make your order then find your way to the back where they have some seating. My husband ordered the meatball sandwich, which was just okay, but could've used a little bit more pizazz.. can't put my finger I it, it was just missing something. I ordered the Matt's special which was much better. I also ordered some of the stuffed mushrooms, but unfortunately did not like any of them. They were very different than the ones I'm used to. I did like that. They warmed them up and then brought them to us though. The standout quality about this restaurant was definitely the customer service. The employees are also warm and friendly. I really appreciated that.

I love this place! You can sit down and enjoy a delicious meal, and then take home amazing options from their frozen food section. The selection is impressive--from meatloaf and chicken Parmesan to fresh noodles and pasta sauces--perfect for making special meals with minimal effort. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend stopping in.

Can't believe it's been 6 years since my last review of this place. Still serving up the great deli options, groceries and fresh and frozen Italian meals and desserts. Only reason I changed the stars to 4/5 was because the cold sandwich I got most recently was not as great as their meatball sub. I got the Matt's Special and my husband got the Ultimate Roma. The French bread was a little tougher than I like and we both wish there was a little more meat and lettuce in the sandwiches. I do like that you can opt for either hot or mild peppers and the portion is large that you can either share between two people or bring some home for leftovers. It was really nice that they brought our sandwiches to us since we opted to sit in the back to eat. After that, it's bus your own table and grab free water from the dispenser as you need. I'm glad I tried a different sandwich but I think I'll stick with my go-to-meatball sub next time!

Such an inconspicuous locaiton along with a tiny seating area, this place was the best choice I could have had for lunch in Tucson.

Amazing Italian deli food in kind of a difficult to find warehouse area. But worth the search! No ambiance or service, just great food!

While there are many local options, I don't mind a smaller, lesser-known chain with quality products. Woops ships most of its goodies from New York and maintains just two locations in Arizona. Their flagship items are macarons, but there are plenty of options for a real breakfast. What I love: You wouldn't upset me if you declared these to be the best macarons in town. I don't know if I'd quite agree with that, but you'd have an argument. I am in love with the croissants--so flaky you must consciously avoid making a mess. The chocolate is my favorite, but I sometimes go with the much heftier almond variety. I'm usually taking mine to-go, but I do enjoy the warm decor inside and the patio seating. What I like: The occasional savory item like the leek and potato pastry is a tasty change of pace. They make breakfast and lunch sandwiches as well. They're open during pretty generous hours, so I've found myself popping in for a snack as late as 8pm. What needs work: The coffee isn't bad, but it might be the least impressive in the neighborhood, both in terms of flavor and selection. No standout lattes and relatively weak iced coffee, but still OK when the sweet treats are the star of the show. I don't think you could go wrong with a plain cold brew on these hot summer days. Overall, I like the product and I like the service, so I'll keep coming back!

Noon, on our way out of town moving her home, I made it our final stop. Should've come here years earlier. I had no idea of the longevity of The Sausage Deli until entering this place. I read the framed articles on the wall and learned how beloved they are. They mainly have sandwiches and are made to order, old school style. The sides are prepackaged in the deli case at the counter. I had the Italian Grinder, my wife had the Salami Sub and my daughter had a make your own sandwich. I had the sides of macaroni salad and potato salad. These sides were bland but maybe that's to compliment the flavorful sandwiches? I loved my Italian grinder and all the items inside it. The prices are fairly reasonable here and the service was great. You order at the counter and they call out your number when it's ready. Thinking back on my experience here, I don't remember seeing sausages anywhere....Hmmmm......Wonder why?
