When I called the restaurant I asked to speak with a manager to explain the situation. I started with asking for his name to which he declined to give me. When I mentioned where the order went wrong he offered to remake my wrap, and stated the toasters are turned off at 8pm. This information is not disclosed on the website and we were still able to place our order with the toasted option. The manager didn't seem very friendly or concerned too much. I'm not sure why this seemed like a difficult order and they couldn't get it right. Not a good experience!

The food is ok, it used to be our favorite place. But the customer service is horrible. We had a bug in our pizza once and so we called and they didn't believe us so they told us to come all the way back. Well, we returned with the pizza and they still refused to believe it was a bug, they told us it was a spice...I know for a fact that spices don't have 6-8 little legs. Then they said we could have a new pizza but told us we still had to pay for some of it. Well we stopped going and then after a couple years decided to try it again. Nothing has changed, other than a bunch of younger rude teens that work there. And when we showed up to pick up our food we over heard the owner (I believe that's who she is) complaining about the customers calling them f***ing annoying. Awesome job you guys...you might want to brush up on some basic customer service skills and try smiling for once. If they feel that the customers are "f***ing annoying" then they don't deserve business obviously. They also need to reconsider who they hire as their delivery drivers because they drive like lunatics and pay no regard to pedestrians/other vehicles. Never again will we return there. read more
