It's clean and friendly and fast. The food is fantastic! We moved here about 12 years ago. We found this place on a whim. We love it! Friends and family here all summer and they even have the number in there phone to order. We have a pool in back. So someone's always having a cocktail and a wing. lol We love the wings!! Really good pizza and great prices! Two pizzas fed 7 adults and we still had leftovers. You can tell it's a mom-and-pop place that puts real effort into their food -- it tasted fresh and homemade. Ordered online and picked up and staff were friendly. And area and vibes were good. Not far from the Strip, which is super convenient. When I go back to Vegas, I'll definitely stop by again! Used to be here multiple times a week every week for years. Even though it was inconvenient because you couldn't make a left out of their parking lot and go east on Tropicana back towards our house. Was glad to see them move to their new location a couple blocks east. Until I saw their menu prices. Everything has increased exponentially. I know they have a nice newer place, larger rent to pay, probably more employees, and other expenses, but the prices can't be justified, especially since almost every single menu item is frozen. I've been twice since they moved to the new location and don't see myself going back . Plus, they try to get you to order through the app now. If you go to their website, it says please use this app. No crazy fees for the customer or the business they say. Of course when you go to place a order there are fees. I ordered pizza and appetizers for delivery on their app Slice. No one ever called or ever showed. I specified in the notes on the app to call when they arrive and I will come down to retrieve the food. I called the store twice and they said they would call the driver and call me back. They never did. They just said it was picked up from door dash. I didn't order it from door dash. There site said order from our app so our drivers get the full tip so that's what I did. I contacted them on the chat function in the app and told them what happened and that I just want a refund as it's been over and hour and a half now and they just said sorry. Our escalation team will call you. They did not confirm they would refund me or even specify when they would call until I asked and they said oh they're closed for the evening. They will call tomorrow. I highly doubt it. *UPDATE* My husband went into the pizza shop and the workers there were so nice. They let us know that slice is a third party delivery driver like door dash. So this often happens with slice where they say they delivered the pizza and they don't. The gentleman at the counter remade the order for my husband after I told my husband to be a complete ass so I feel terrible that it wasn't actually their fault as the food was picked up from them. Delicious pizza I'm one of those never wrote a review ppl but this was just that good, dough is dense and firm it doesn't have that mouth feel of white bread like from pizza hut. The chicken is actually seasoned the bbq sauce isn't overwhelming which i LOVVEEE it's really easy to pick a sweet bbq and have that be the entire flavor but not with these guys. They do not chisel customers who ask for slight variations on the specials. They are fast as lightning. On multiple occasions when I wanted to run an errand while they were preparing the pizza I intentionally told them to hold off for a few minutes. I brought my family to this place. It was our first time here. And it wasn't a good experience. The service was horrible. For not being packed, you couldn't find a server. The floor was filthy. And the server who took our order, well she messed it up. We asked for a large stuffed crust pepperoni. With an appetizer. We asked for all pepperoni and half the pizza with jalapenos. She repeated it back to us. And we said correct. When the pizza came, it was half pepperoni and half jalapenos. Which was wrong. After she gave our pizza to us. She split. And I had to look for someone to help us. When I found a different server. And we explained what happened. She kept saying. We are only human. We make mistakes too. Wth. I get that. But when she read the order back to us before she went to the kitchen. It was correct. So I don't understand. When the server who helped us came back. We explained to her it was wrong. And here she goes and says accidents happen .. well my wife got tired of hearing that excuse. This place has horrible service. And they don't clean for the life of them. You would think. If the place was that slow. Like tonight. That the place would be really clean. But nope. In saying this, I will never bring my family back here again. Just recently moved to the area and I'm currently trying to find a new good local pizza spot. First, the price is great. For 46$ I received 2 Large 3 topping pizzas, 8 wings, fries, 8 mozzarella sticks, a slice of cheesecake, & that was with delivery. Usually when I order 2 large 3 topping stuffed crust pizzas & breadsticks from Pizzahut with carryout, I spend around 36$. Another great thing, is their speed. The man on the phone stated 45mins for delivery, they got to me in about 30- maybe less. The delivery driver was very kind & sweet. So here's the reason for the 4 stars instead of the 5... the food itself is just- okay. The toppings tasted fresh, the crust was crispy on the outside & soft in the inside, so much cheese. But, the sauce itself just had no flavor. The crust had no flavor. Aside from the toppings, I couldn't taste anything. The wings may be a hit for some, but not my style. Too fatty and skin was chewy. I prefer my wings to be crunchy & more meat, less skin and fat. The fries...soft. As if sitting out. (BUT I will disregard that as they were in a styrofoam container & in a bag. So I'm sure they got soggy from the steam being trapped.) On the bright side, the mozzarella sticks were amazing, and the cheesecake though small, was good despite being a little frozen. I probably won't give this place another shot based on the food, but will remember the kindness and great customer service I received from them! read more

Today I tried the chicken fingers and fries. There is a lunch special menu from 11-2. 5 fingers, fries, and a can of soda for 8.99. I was a little worried about how the fries would be but they were bomb. Hot, crispy and salted perfectly. Chicken was great too. Got honey bbq and extra hot on the side. Both sauces were tasty.
