I have read many positive reviews of Pizza My Dear and it has been on my radar for a while. My work location changed recently and is quite close to Pizza My Dear so I decided to check it out today. I ordered a personal size hand tossed crust pizza with pepperoni jalapeños and bacon. It was amazing and probably the best pizza I've had in my 19 years living in Las Vegas !!! 1-Star Review As soon as I walked in, the man at the register gave me a cold stare. It appeared to be a family business because a young boy, who may have been his son or grandson, said hello to me, and I politely said hello back. For whatever reason, that seemed to be a problem. I decided to order anyway, but I was rushed through the process with no courtesy, friendliness, or customer service. The entire interaction made me feel unwelcome. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to people with deep melanin skin. I left feeling that I was treated differently, and the attitude I received from the staff made me uncomfortable. Even the young boy's mother came across as just as unfriendly and unwelcoming. I so enjoy the mom and pop stores in this pizza place could not be it could not taste any more great than what it is. The Customer Service is phenomenal the pizza they have a lunch special when you get a PERSONAL pizza a salad and a drink and your PERSONAL pizza gets three toppings. It's just a little tiny place when you can't eat there but it's basically you know carry out, but I just wanna think this pizza place for such phenomenal PIZZA in the right size salad thank you. It's always tough to write a review like this because the staff was truly friendly, but the meal unfortunately didn't live up to the service. While the team is welcoming, the atmosphere is just so-so, and the pizza struggled with some basic execution. The most disappointing factor was the crust; it was very bready and arrived a little undercooked, resulting in a heavy, doughy texture instead of a signature crisp. The sauce was nothing special--it lacked the bright, seasoned flavor profile needed to stand out or balance the thick dough. We are lucky to have so many outstanding pizza places in Las Vegas right now, which naturally sets the bar very high. Ordering over the phone was easy. I ordered a half and half large pizza with spicy chicken wings. The amount of toppings they pack on the pizza was a good balance. The sausage was very flavorful. The sauce was also very good with a slight sweetness to it. Parking was easy to find. read more

The food was excellent. We had a large pepperoni and margarita and a 10" gluten free pepperoni. We ordered for delivery and it arrived ahead of schedule. We were concerned about cross contamination in the kitchen with the gluten free pizza, so I waited a few days to write this review. Happy to report that there were no symptoms associated with gluten! Also reported to be one of the best gluten free pizzas since celiac diagnosis. Very yummy food, will gladly drive across town to come back. read more

Our order was fairly large and delivered to us so my review is on food only. This was for a family game night so we pre ordered hours in advance d so it could be delivered when we needed it. Copy of my receipt is attached. Cheese pizza was just as described m. Kids loved it. The pepperoni pizza was a little greasy but hey it's pizza! The supreme pizza .. wish the veggies were cooked a little more done but not horrible. The toasted raviolis were completely cold. Seems like a timing thing and this was cooked first and just got cold while waiting for the longer cooking items. Bbq wings were great, mild wings ok could use s little more flavor. The salad was decent as well. The packaging is the issue here. Ranch was sent for the wings and they spilled in the ziplock bag. Marinara was sent for the ravioli m, also spilled inside the container. I don't know if these kids just were not on properly or handling during delivery. This is hands down one of the best places in Vegas. For starters, they have amazingly fast delivery service, the food is always delivered faster than the timer predicts, and it's always hot and fresh. The quality has been hands down amazing every single time I've had it. Never once had an issue, everything is fresh and delicious. My fiance and I were craving pizza and came to Pizza My Dear on the recommendation of a friend. We ordered a regular pizza with pepperoni, pineapple, sausage, and extra cheese for pickup. When we arrived about twenty minutes later, the pizza was ready for pickup. We opened it up in the car on the way home to see how it looked and could not wait to get home and eat it because it looked amazing. There was a sufficient amount of pineapple, pepperoni and sausage but we were curious if they added extra cheese because it looked like the regular amount of cheese that most pizzas have. The marinara was not very flavourful on its own, but in combination with the other ingredients on the pizza it tasted fine. All in all, the pizza was very good. We heard that the white sauce pizza was very good, so next time we will likely order that. read more

Pretty decent pizza, sorry for no pictures.. Tried the NY style pizza with pepperoni and sausage on it, the sausage was one of the best that I've had, the pepperoni, nothing special. The crust was good, but needed to be crispier in my opinion, I've been to NY.. The sauce, I can't say that it was homemade, because I saw cans of sauce in the eating area. We also ordered an antipasto salad, very fresh and had tons of meats and cheeses on it. Super bummer. I was so excited to try this pizza after seeing the reviews on yelp. My husband loves thin crust so I'm always trying to find a great thin crust pizza. Our crust was soggy and undercooked and the cheese on the pizza wasn't even melted. Had the crust been cooked properly I still don't think it would have given 5 stars. Was not impressed. We were out running around and needed to eat, it was getting late for dinner. We were in the area and decided to stop in here. We didn't realize they closed at 8, it was 10 minutes until they closed. Asked if it was too late and the gentleman said we were still good. We ordered pizza and cheese bread. We were told we could wait inside or he would bring it to our vehicle, which is what we chose. We placed our order over the phone and we're told it would be ready in 25 minutes. When we arrived the cook from the back came up front and told us they had lost our ticket and it would be another 15 minutes. We waited in the car and when when we went back in the person who assisted did not know what was going on and asked what I had order. He went to the back to ask about the order and the cooks ignored him and he had to find the order himself. I overheard the cooks saying "ignore the orders with no tips, leave those for last." He also stated those customers can go eff themselves. It's a bit disappointing as I have had the food here a few other times and really enjoy it. They really need to improve on there communication and make sure they don't speak bad about there customers. Had the vegan pizza twice this month and was pleasantly surprised at how good it is! The toppings it comes with at first sounded like a weird variety but it's actually delicious and cut down perfectly for a pizza (so it doesn't just feel like huge pieces of veggies on a pizza lol). Greasy as pizza usually is, hopefully you like that! But I'll say that's a big part of the -1 star. I knew pizza came with grease, so I expected some. But the pepperonis were basically boats holding the oil, never had so much that I needed more than one napkin to soak some up while still leaving some for the flavor. Other than that, there's the cold ravioli. Everything else was HOT hot, but for some reason the ravioli seemed like it was made 20min earlier than the rest. On to the good! There is so much to choose from! I really suggest looking up their menu online before going in so you're not standing there forever trying to decide. Plus, you dont wanna miss out on their list of specialty pizzas or all their toppings. We called in our order an hour ahead, they told us exactly when to come in and the pizza was hot and ready when I got there. (So I'm not sure how the ravioli was cold.) The guys at the shop were friendly on my way in and out. Pepperoni white pizza, cheesy garlic bread and whatever the olives and pineapple one is called; my boys loved it all. Pretty darn good pizza! Thought we would venture away from our normal pizza places and try something different. We ordered 2 smalls which are 9". My husband had the Great wall of pepperoni on a thin crust and I had the Chicken club which had the perfect amount of white garlic sauce on hand tossed crust. Amazing. I ordered from them (delivery) Their potato wedges are HUGE and super flavorful, they have this chili sauce that is out of this world good. Then I ordered a vegan pizza and they will make it however you want. The first time I had it with spinach, cheese, tomatoes. Next time I asked it to be just a cheese pizza and this last time? Not sure why there are so many 4 and 5 star reviews for this place...I can definitely see it as a solid 3 star establishment...pizzas are slightly above average, wings are just okay, fingers are probably the best thing we've had from here as they seem to be cooked differently in some form or fashion...definitely more of a "to-go" type of establishment even though there are a few small tables located inside.. walk up and order so no real waiter/waitress service which is par for this kind of place...one tv in the corner if you do decide to sit in and eat but not much ambiance in that regard.They do have other items available on the menu which we haven't tried so no comment there, they also offer delivery service. Prices are in line with other restaurants of this type and they do offer coupons for future visits if you're so inclined. My only real negative, outside of the average food, is that they charge you for extra ranch or buffalo sauce which I find ridiculous...close to the house so a slight recommendation, may or may not return in the future... read more

This might have been some of the very best pizza and salad I have ever had. AND i have a lot of both in my life. I found Pizza My Dear on Yelp and once again Yelp reviews were spot on. The menu is expansive with traditional options and unusual and amazing options to try. The menu online was easy to navigate. I called to place our delivery order and they answered on the second ring and were efficient and friendly while taking my order, which was big since it was four people and we all wanted different things. 45 min later the delivery guy showed up with hot pizza and chilled salads. We all could not believe how amazing, plentiful, and delicious our salads were. Usually when you order salads to go they taste crappy and are small. These had the most fresh and generous salads ever. The ingredients were generous and high quality. The cobb salad was to die for. The chicken was high quality and cooked very well. On to the pizza - YUMMMMMMMMMM. We had a margarita, hawaiian, and pepperoni and they were all equally delicious. There is a reason this place has 5 stars and tons of reviews. Prices were reasonable. Amazing place - if we are ever back in Las Vegas, we will definitely order again. Well done! read more
