The many different cheese types from Asiago to Gorgonzola and parmigiano-reggiano, coupled with the sweetness of the fig and balsamic glaze and the saltiness of the prosciutto, came together so nicely. And the crust was nice and crisp, no floppiness to it which I prefer. Prices were also reasonable and the vibe and decor of the restaurant was cool. This is a place I may very well revisit on a future Vegas trip.
