Came here with my husband on his recommendation as he'd tried the one North of town. I didn't have any expectations walking in, but if he recommended it, I was on board! The places are relatively small, with seating for maybe five or six parties. We were immediately welcomed when we walked in, and we looked at the board to see what the options were. The menu was plentiful, ranging from pizzas, cheesesteaks, sides, and desserts. There were slices of pizza on display, and we decided to get an original cheesesteak and a slice of pepperoni pizza. The wait time for the food was minimal, the pizza had a wonderfully crispy crust, and the cheesesteak was absolutely incredible. The flavors shown through in each bite, and the mouth feel between the steak, and the cheese and onions was quite pleasant. The service was incredible, the server was super welcoming, helpful as we were deciding what to order, and in checking in on us to make sure everything was good. I've been meaning to go here for a while! We have a lot of places we go to every week or so so finally made it over here. I read the reviews looked at the menu and photos and opted for a cheesesteak with American cheese provolone and whiz added. When we got the sandwich everyone at the table could see immediately there was cheese missing it looked like one cheese maybe but not whiz. The cashier asked checked and nodded said they'll have them add it. (Meaning they likely saw what I did too?) and said that is all 3 cheeses it's just mixed in there. I just let it go but disappointing to be told something is there we know isn't by sight and when we ate the sandwich we can tell as we are familiar with cheesesteaks if it's there or not why not say sorry do you need more cheese or we ran out or sorry for the mixup and refund the difference if out of cheese? The other sandwiches were good. Chicken fingers were the star of the show and really well prepared as were the side sauces. Cannoli was good. Pizza slice had been sitting out I'm guessing because quality lacked and it was reheated and borderline burnt which I get it but the quality was not there for the pizza by the slice. I've been meaning to stop into Those Guys Pies for quite some time, but they are almost 30 minutes from my house, so we finally stopped in tonight since we were close by. While there were some good looking slices waiting to be enjoyed, my mission was to try a cheesesteak tonight. (The pizza will have to wait for another trip). I ordered The Works ribeye, with onion and whiz, my wife ordered the Original ribeye with white American cheese, along with a side of fries to share. Both cheesesteaks came out piping hot, and fries were straight from the fryer. The Works was great, nice flavorful steak, cooked perfectly and generous peppers, onions and whiz applied. To me, this is one of the best cheesesteaks I've had in Vegas. My wife enjoyed hers as well, and we agreed the fries were tasty. I would have preferred a few more fries in the basket, but I'm also a french fry fiend. Service was quick and friendly, temperature was cool but not freezing, and they had some basketball on the TV. Overall, a great cheesesteak that's worth a trek if you're not close by. I'll update again when I get some pizza! read more

Our first time here was amazing! Since we were in the neighborhood, we stopped in around 5:15 pm on Sunday. We were immediately greeted by a friendly guy behind the counter who took our order, $47.15 pre-tip. The place is clean and quaint, has a handful of tables in the dining area to accommodate dining in, although we took our order home. We wanted to try a little of everything so we settled on 2 slices of pepperoni pizza (comes w/fountain soda), cheesesteak fries, a Little Sexy sandwich, and a large order of cinnamon poppers. Turns out that's way too much for 2 people - we've got leftovers for days, definitely got our money's worth! Everything was delicious! The pizza slices were incredible, HUGE, with perfect crust, tons of cheese and loads of crispy pepperonis. The cheesesteak fries were on point. Again, loaded with fresh toppings (no mushrooms) and, the fries are excellent all by themselves. The Little Sexy is as phenomenal as it sounds, stuffed of full flavor (pepperoni, sausage, garlic, onion, pepperoncini, and mozzarella. YUMMY! The cinnamon poppers dessert was unexpectedly delightful: light fluffy cinnamon+sugar coated little bites with sweet-tart, lemony, cream cheese icing. We got a large order not realizing that was enough to feed like 10 people... oops! Omg this place has so many great options and amazing pizza quality from the under carriage of each slice to options of what pizza to get , it's done right ! my favorite is a sin city pizza ( cut into squares almost deep dish ) and I add sausage and meatballs and pepperoni , their chicken fingers is also to die for ! Service can be a hit or miss depending on who's at cashier , but what can you expect it's not a fine dining sit down place . When I'm craving a Philly cheesesteak or a NY slice, Those Guys pies is my go to in Henderson. While there's no true replicating the real deal from Philly, TGP come awfully close and you won't leave disappointed. They use thin sliced ribeye and the flavors are there. I could nitpick the details, on what the differences are between theirs and a Philly OG, but let's just appreciate theirs for what it is -- a great sandwich and homage. The pizza is some of the best for fans of crisp, thin crust. Whether you're picking it up or taking a bite, you can hear the distinct crunch in every movement. Crust is key. For those in the know about the viral Secret Pizza at Cosmo, the owner(s) of TGP are apparently the same or at least there's an affiliation. One of my favorite places in Philly is the famed Angelo's, where you can get a great cheesesteak and pizza. So to be able to similarly get both here at TGP is my own slice of heaven in Henderson I guess. One small suggestion for them unrelated to the food, see if you can user RO water for the ice so you can't taste the tap water in the fountain drinks. Counter service friendly but amateurish. Not an issue, just mentioning for thoroughness. Keep up the good eats! read more

But the past couple times, the quality hasn't been great, and we gave it another shot and this was by far the worst we've ever had -- and we don't plan on going back. We ordered carry out, but should have checked over the order. We kept it simple with a cheese pie and a cheesesteak with the works. The pizza was burnt on the bottom and was nothing but air bubbles. So much so that it looks like they tried correcting some spots by removing them, leaving it bare. The cheesesteak was full of fatty, undercooked pieces and super soggy; it was barely edible. My 7 year old asked to do this review. She said to tell everyone that "it's a 5 star place because their food tasted amazing (you have to try the croutons), great customer service and why it's great customer service is because when we asked to turn the TV on for football, the lady said yes." My husband suggested we go here and it did not disappoint. It's hard to find a really great cheesesteak around here and let me tell you, the Works (with 3 cheese) did NOT disappoint. We ordered a few different pizza slices so we could try different kinds and they were all so tasty. They make everything in house, which says a lot about the quality of what you are eating. The flavors are really good. I personally liked the thicker pizza (the upside down at sin city square only), OMG! It has a homemade sauce that's only on that one. I highly recommend this mostly to-go eatery--there are a few tables to dine-in but the place is small. While their name makes you think of pizza which they do serve, they have great sandwiches including one of the best vegetarian sandwiches I have had in the Las Vegas area (see the attached photos). It is loaded with vegetables including the seldom seen broccoli rabe. It is just as delicious as it looks and yes there is a fork in the phots because the sandwich is overstuffed (which I appreciate). I have also had their triple cheese fries which is also outstanding and large sized. Unless your vegan, I strongly suggest adding ricotta to the veggie sandwich as their house sauce is very vinegary and the ricotta balances it out very well. If you're vegan and taking it to eat at home, you might want to add Vegenaise or vegan cheese to it if you have one of those on stock. The service is very friendly and they have a large menu to choose from although only one sandwich that is vegetarian. read more

Exceptionally well done pizza! Im not a big fan of pizza, but this pizza-- AMAZING. Probably one of the best pizzas I've had! We got the Maui wowie, and WOWIE was it delicious. My biggest suggestion is that the restaurant ambiance could be a little more welcoming to people who would want to dine in. I wish there could have been a little bit more of dining space with larger tables especially for you were ordering a pizza. I wish I had taken photos but we were so hungry and when everything showed up looking so delicious we dove right in. And I gotta tell you, not a single disappointment. We ordered 8 wings, three different cheesesteaks and a large white Italian pizza. One in our party can't take the heat so the wing sauce was on the side but let me tell you these wings are on par with the best wings in town. Wonderful surprise because a lot of places in town serve mediocre edible wings. These wings were meaty, crispy and the buffalo sauce was delicious and the ranch dressing tasted homemade. I expect so differences in food that is delivered, however, that was not the case here. We had to do Uber Eats bc we were outside of the delivery area for this location but all of our food arrived perfect and hot. So fresh I couldn't actually believe it. So happy. The cheesesteaks were superb. Fresh and soft bread which rivals White House Subs and sandwiches in Atlantic City New Jersey. Perfect combination of cheese and toppings to meat and I cannot describe it well enough you just need to try it. A few reviews had me gambling on the pizza but no fears because the crust was an amazing balance between crunchy and chewy with ample toppings. This large pizza was massive. Also what I am having for breakfast right now. Do yourself a favor and don't sleep on this business. Might actually be the number one pizza and cheesesteaks shop in town with being a hidden gem for wings as well. I had called before delivery to ask about dine in and TVs to watch the game and both were possibilities and a bonus was the employee who answered the phone was really nice and answered all my questions and sounded like she really loved her job. You don't have to ask me twice if pizza and wings sound good for lunch! We happened to be on this side of town while visiting family. They raved about this place, and I can see why! We ordered a 14" pie with pepperoni, mushrooms, and jalapeños. Their jalapeños were pickled, slightly sweet, and had the perfect kick at the end. I'm also a fan of good crust and for me, theirs was legit. Had to get an order of 8 wings, which in my humble opinion had awesome meat-to-bone ratio (buffalo and ranch on the side). Review #70 of 2023. Dropped by for a take out order on the 28th of December around 5:30 P.M. Interaction was bland. The young lady at the counter didn't seem interested in working there. Ordering was simple, 14" pepperoni pizza and the works Philly Cheesesteak. Was told it would be twenty minutes. Came back in at the twenty minute mark and although the food was ready, it wasn't organized properly. My sandwich was on one side of the rack and the pizza was hidden on the other side. The workplace just hums along, but no real up or down vibe, just meh. Food was actually good. My kids ate more than one slice each which is rare as they're usually one slice kids. My sandwich with all three cheeses hit the spot and it was a generous serving which could feed three to four people.
