Doing it right is better than making it right. I really like eating here, the food is good and the service is always great. I've been to Roma three times. Twice I've dined in with my family, and once ordered take-out. Here's my issue. Every time, there has been a problem. The first two times we dined in, our pizzas were incorrect. They made it right by making the correct pizza and giving us the incorrect one for free. The last time I placed an order over the phone. I was told it would be 20 minutes, I arrived 30 minutes later and paid. They were very busy (Friday night) so I took a seat and waited......and waited.....and waited. 30 minutes later, the staff that took my money noticed me and asked my name again. Turns out as soon as I paid she forgot about me and my food was ready when I arrived. So, I left with warm pizza. They do have good food and good service. They seem to just need more staff or more organized staff. Either one would be an improvement. read more

Their food is delicious, the process for ordering pick-up needs much improvement. We always enjoy the meals we get. It's rare that we dine in, but when we have, we haven't been disappointed with the service. We order for pick up fairly often, probably once every two weeks. My gripe is that more often than not, probably every 3 of 4 times we call, we end up on hold for longer than 7 minutes. I've experienced times where I've hung up, called back, been put on hold again and then wait 10 more minutes. It's evident that calls on hold are continually forgotten about. When they do finally pick up, there's never an apology for the wait, and if we mention it, it's a quick apology and we are moved onto our order. I highly recommend the Carolis at Roma. The "Manuel's Favorite" is my favorite too! It comes with meatballs, mushrooms, cream cheese, and mozzarella -- all stuffed inside a crispy, baked dough! And this all comes with a side of marinara dipping sauce. Yum! read more

The pizzas and carolis are usually very good and you can get a great deal of you use a coupon. I don't like visiting this Windsor location because they have messed up my order several times, the wait is always long, and the staff is often rude and unprofessional. read more

Been going to Roma's in Greeley for a long time. Decided to try Windsor Roma's last week. This was the worse spaghetti I have ever had Sauce was soupy and no taste at all and all cold Top it off the service wasn't any better and supposedly she was the manager. Not impressed with this place at all. It's cheesy inside. The staff are okay, a uniform should be required. They prepare their lasagna early in the day, but takes forever to bring it to you. Pizza is good but the crust is flavorless. The half off pizza on mondays makes it worth it. My dog does enjoy the crust though.

Food is good, i think they need to learn to stretch the dough cause the center is always wet, way to thin, and then the crust is a little to much. But when you go to pick up a carry-out order and then they literally ask you to tip, wow! I tip for service, when you ask for a tip you should have done something NOT just take my money, a clean hair cut isn't doing it for the rude front desk asking for a tip. Food is good not great, drink specials also good borderline great. BS asking for a tip cannot believe a service company asking for a tip verbally you should get one if you deserve it. We're fans of Roma Windsor. The prices are tough to beat (especially when using the available coupons or dining on the special of the night) and we've always found the staff friendly. The only thing that kept me from giving Roma 5-stars is the fact that cell and internet connectivity inside the restaurant isn't good. (My wife and I like to play on our phones while waiting for the food!!). In today's world, having a decent wifi system seems like something every restaurant should offer. read more

Yes, Windsor has nine pizza places and with Fireside pizza didn't need another one, BUT I've been eating Roma for over twenty years. I'm happy to say it's in Windsor. The website needs work and the phone number was almost impossible to find, but it's worth the effort! Carolis, pizza and Italian food better than anything we had before. read more

The best Carolli's ever!! They have some that come with cream cheese. I highly recommend THE Carolil. It is to die for. Although, everything is amazing. I love the taco pizza. They also have great spaghetti and over all you can eat I believe on Tuesday's. It is also a great price. They also have half of pizza on Monday's. On Thursday's they have 1/2 off Carolli's.plus you can print coupons on line. read more

The food here is fan-fucking-tastic. It's amazing. However the service is not good. The waiter seemed uninterested and seemed annoyed he was at work doing his job. My experience with the Windsor location was awful. I get we get busy, that's totally fine. What's not not fine is how the staff handles stress. My order was behind so I took a seat next to another person who was patiently waiting. We witnessed one of the cooks throwing things, slamming things, clearly not happy to be at work. His demeanor was very uncomfortable. The kitchen is wide open. Everyone can see, I would never act like this. All the customers were standing around watching him and shaking their heads. Someone send the guy home. He's about to lose his cool. I wanted a refund so I could just leave and forget about it, but they said it wouldn't be much longer. So I sat there and watched him continue to throw things around. When my order was up, he said my name, didn't make eye contact, just went back to being angry throwing pizza trays. I personally love the old romas in Greeley. I will not be back to the Windsor location. read more

The noodles were so thick and mushy, the sauce was bland and acidic, there was just no appeal and not very authentic. I've had the Roma's in Greeley and was equally unimpressed but gave this place a try since it was local. I wanted to love it but I just couldn't. read more
