Pepperoni sausage, large pizza. Enough for three.

Typical Pizza/bar ambience. Not an extensive menu, but very focused on a few items which they do very well. Their pizza is very good. Definitely worth the money and very good servings with plenty of toppings. Overall, I would say their pizza is very good. I wasn't blown away by it, but I thought it was decent.

Stopped in for lunch. One of my favorite parts of lunch at Beau Jo's used to be the salad bar. I do miss that. But the pizza is good. We ordered the green chili Mac and cheese and it was delicious. It comes in a small pizza crust. Great gif leftovers. We ordered a pizza and the walnut salad with chicken. The staff were nice and the place was comfortable.

This pizza is LOADED with meats and the meatballs are out of this world!

We had the mother load mountain pie and it was spectacular! The restaurant is cozy with great staff and a well stocked bar.

Tried this place on a recommendation of a friend. Stopped in on a Wed with a group of 30 after whitewater rafting. Needless to say we were hungry and thirsty! They were sadly understaffed and took very long to bring our drinks and food. Waited almost 30 mins for bar drinks and appetizers and over an hour for our food. By the time the food arrived we were barely hungry as we had been munching on appetizers and drinks. Refreshingly the staff were kind and apologetic and said the kitchen was understaffed for our group. I'm happy to say the food was really delicious and we were all happy with our entrees. The hearty arty spinach dip baked in a pizza crust is a must have! The calzone was cheesy and had lots of pepperoni. Love the honey on each table to finish off with the pizza crust. A fun touch! Would recommend the food just a little disappointed in the long time it took to get served. Luckily we were on vacation and in no hurry. I'm sure if you're a smaller group you'll be fine. If you're a big group - call ahead for a reservation.

Came to Beau Jo's on a date night after quickly learning that most restaurants in old town require a reservation or a two hour wait. Beau Jo's had only a 30 minute wait so we said why not? We went for a walk while we waited and were texted when our table was ready. The restaurant is actually quite large and great for a night out with friends. After being seated, it was a bit for our server to come to our table. We ordered drinks and an appetizer right away and they came out shortly afterwards. Our server explained the differences in the crusts for the pizzas and what she recommended. She then said shed come back and disappeared for a while before we ordered our pizza. I'm glad we ordered an appetizer as the pizza also took a long time to come out. For our appetizer we ordered the stuffed mushrooms and they were pretty tasty, but definitely needed parmesan cheese. The pizza we chose was the Lil' Italy with salami. This was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend it! They are a bit pricey, but overall very tasty and worth it. Will definitely come back!

Is the buffet still offered? If so, why no mention of it on the menu?

We asked about that on 06/18/2023 (Father's Day), they said salad bar and buffet got discounted since COVID.

Is there a lunch special here?

They have one menu throughout the day.

You can taste the quality, the steaks are delicious and perfectly cooked, the mashed potatoes so creamy and flavorful, and the pastas are so creative and delicious that it's almost impossible to choose just one! Something to note-gnocchi isn't a year round menu item and sandwiches are not an all day menu item. I saw a lot of pictures of gnocchi on various review sites and was looking forward to it but was told that's an item they usually only carry toward winter time. I was bummed and the sandwiches are only a lunch time thing. The restaurant plays a variety of music and it's at a level that is good so you can hear the person talking across the table. Some restaurants crank it up too loud. Theirs was perfect. The restaurant was clean. We paid $22.67 for 3 slices of cheese pizza and a side of meatballs. We drank water. We had our drinks and appetizers in no time and our dinner was served very quickly after that. We ordered the "crispy" calamari, which was not crispy AT ALL. Very limp and oily. The mozzarella garlic bread was not bad but could have been cooked a bit more. Again, it seemed underdone, like the calamari. I ordered the fettuccine alfredo which wasn't bad but a bit lacking in flavor. My husband had the eggplant Parmesan, which he said was crispy on the outside but more or less uncooked on the inside. His side of pasta had a watery sauce. My glass of Prosecco was very good. The bar area seemed very busy - we sat in a booth in the dining area and there weren't many people there when we were there at 5pm. Just a bit disappointed in our meal here - oh well.

I Found this Piadina purely by chance but it is one of those events that makes me believe in a higher power/divine plan. Met the owner himself and I have never met a man with more passion and heart. Before ordering I Received a fascinating brief lesson on Piadina (the flat bread used in their sandwiches) and learned not only does he make the bread himself every day but it's a recipe he brought over from Italy and dates back to the 1300s!!!! Which all makes sense because while I tried two different sandwiches the consistent star for both was the flat bread itself. A contradiction on the plate somehow both flat and fluffy, light but filling. I cannot stress enough how truly amazing this bread is. I ordered the Daniele which I forget the exact ingredients but I know had perfectly textured prosciutto in there, and also a caprese vegetarian option which just screamed fresh ingredients. I'm a pretty big eater so I was able to finish two by myself even thought I was going to save some for later but just walking around the cute old town Fort Collins eating antique recipe Italian flatbread was just too much fun. This is a small, family owned restaurant right on the edge of the CSU campus. You get the homey, welcome feel when you enter. There were four of us and we all enjoy Italian food. Two of us shared a pizza and the other two got Chicken Parmigiana with spaghetti. The service and preparation of food was swift. Our glasses were kept topped off. And we all enjoyed our food. We made an effort today though, to get to it for lunch. I got the Chicken Parmigiana Marinara ($20) (and my wife got the Eggplant Parmigiana ($20). I truly enjoyed my meal and my wife truly hated the Eggplant Parm. When our waiter, "Jackson" asked (for the second time) how everything was, I told him the truth. The first time my wife didn't say anything. We did not expect him to comp our meal, of course, but he did bring us a dessert I'd never had before, "Local Tiramisu Gelato from Sub Zero", and boy, Howdy, was THAT ever good! I thought I had died and gone to heaven! The total, with tax, came to $44, not unusual in today's market, I suppose. My wife says she'll never go back, and mentioned something about wild horses. Given the circumstances, I probably won't either, but it won't be because of the food. Looking at their drink menu though, I'm glad I don't drink much anymore. The drinks averaged around $12. I suppose that, too, is not unusual, but I don't know. Beer was $8, with a dozen taps to choose from. I didn't. Water worked just fine with my chicken parm. If this sounds good to you, give a new restaurant a try!
