Unfortunately, our experience in 2025 and 2026 has been extremely disappointing. We have needed assistance with servicing our policy and obtaining important documentation, and it has often felt like a wild goose chase just trying to determine how to reach her. Phone numbers and email addresses have been difficult to find or no longer appear to work, and we have never received updates regarding changes to her business contact information or how best to reach her- it has been nearly impossible to get in contact with Amanda, and even more difficult to receive a response. We genuinely hope everything is okay with her, but as clients, the lack of communication and accessibility has been incredibly frustrating. We are very disappointed because we were initially happy with her services, but unfortunately, we are now at the point of considering whether we need to find someone more responsive to handle our insurance needs.
