As of right now we are still waiting to hear back from them even though we have tried on multiple occasions. This is in regards to us getting our key and our control back for our property.

From high turnover, to working with so many different people, to bad communication etc. This was just scratching the surface. The year working with them was HORRIBLE. I even reached out to their manager and left a message to talk through some concerns. I politely asked for 15-20 min of his time on a call. Days and weeks later, I never got a call back. There were multiple mistakes on our listings we had to point out, no ownership of mistakes but rather people getting on defensive, pointing the finger back, no proper annual inspections (no reports at all), lack of management support or completely ineffective management support. Derek Lowe (Manager) only came in at the very end to escalate the situation rather than make it better. The company also lacks integrity. They kept referencing a valid Property Management Agreement that did not exist. I honestly don't understand why management and ownership were copied on so many emails in the past 3 years; they never actually helped with anything, ever. Jan the owner never reached out once. They just like to collect their 7% a month but do nothing to maintain a strong relationship with their customers. If I could give Hudson Property Management 0 stars, I would. Save yourself the migraine and stay away.

I text about a week later asking him to confirm this with the OWNER and I got a response from a Jason, who asked if I had documentation for me service dog, which I provided. After several hours with me texting multiple messages of the documentation asking if it would suffice I received no response. I had my daughter call from her phone and low & behold they answered! They clearly discriminate and do not know the laws. I would never recommend to anyone.

Once TNCR took over, they increased the rent by nearly 80% and added an additional monthly CAM charge for maintenance. The funny thing is, every time we submitted maintenance requests, they ignore us for months. After we have followed up tirelessly, send over technicians to do the bare minimum instead of working on a long-term solution (I'm willing to bet they are paying pennies to these technicians too). We were paying a ridiculous amount for a tiny space with 2 parking spaces. Our roof was leaking and moldy from the rain for months while they ignored our requests for assistance. It doesn't end there. After we moved out to a much better place, they had the audacity to send us a disposition letter not only keeping our security deposit, but requesting an extra $2k from us with no itemized receipts or details about what they plan to use it for. They demanded "$800 for general cleaning due to dust build-up." Wow, I didn't know a duster and some Clorox wipes would cost $800! I knew they are just trying to get any dollars they can out of us. Very shady. TNCR, shame on you for taking advantage of small business owners. For you to be both overpriced and poorly serviced is embarrassing. Pick a struggle. Don't rent from this company, they do not care about you at all.
