Never have to search for a better company!! Went so far above and beyond our expectations!! Please call them first! You will not find anyone better!! So personable, professional and kind. Piñon Hills, Phelan, Wrightwood, Hesperia, Victorville. Vince and Raymundo do excellent work. We feel like we got a real cleaning and will never call anyone else!!! Honest work for an honest price!! Not easy to come by people like this!! They do screens too! And when doing inside your windows, will add on mirrored closet doors and bathroom mirrors. I've used Roman Window Cleaners twice in the past with very good results. They have been expensive but did very good work. My house is 3,800 sq ft with lots of windows. I called to arrange to have my windows cleaned again this year and Sara, the office manager told me the price would be higher this year because my house was recently restained. She emailed me a proposal for $850 which I promptly signed and returned. On the day the work was scheduled, Vic arrived and promptly called my cell phone and told me "There is no way I'm cleaning your windows for less than $1,500" I reminded him that he has done my windows twice before and the house and it's windows haven't changed. I also reminded him that we were under contract. I'm so disappointed that Roman Window Cleaners would refuse to perform work they were contracted to do. In short, Roman Window Cleaners does top quality work, but I am stunned that they would attempt to upcharge me dramatically on the day they were contracted to clean my windows. read more

Roman Windows did a good job washing our home in Truckee, though their price was $100 higher than the other two window washing service we used and communications to and from their team was extremely problematic. I asked if he could wash our houses Windows, he told me that he could not fit us in until the weekend, we needed the job done immediately so we asked that he call if he got a slot. Meanwhile we booked High Sierra Window Wash (an excellent, more reasonably priced service). Though Vic did not inform us, he washed our windows, so we had overlapped two services. If you get the communications right, and don't care about his premium prices for a good but not superior job, then Roman Windows are fine. Otherwise, go to High Sierra (Patrick) read more

I always thought cleaning my windows with windex and a towel was the most effective way to get them sparkling clean. My husband suggested we hire a professional. Vic the owner showed up and walked me through the process and I have to say I was very impressed. Each window that he did came out cleaner than I could ever make it and he even wiped the dusty ledges! After I saw what a spectacular job he did on my windows and doors I asked him if he could do my all glass shower, he got out water stains and made it shine like it was new. Incredible job by Vic and Kevin. The windows are sparkling and they were in and out in a very quick amount of time. They offered to do other small tasks that might require ladders and sadly I had nothing for I would have jumped on that offer. He cleaned the window sills, screens, and any mirrors he might have passed in the house. Roman Window Cleaning did a great job of cleaning my VERY dirty windows on my house in Truckee today. They arrived right on time and windows are now sparkling. Pointed out where I need to have some broken seals on my double pane windows fixed and gave me a referral as to whom to call. Also changed a battery in a smoke alarm that had started chirping last night--located in an area way too high for me to reach with my small ladder. Recommend this company highly. I've had over 10 keys made, and four remotes purchased from this guy. I have five kids, and every time we buy them a used car, we make sure we have a spare key made. We have also purchased remotes for some of the cars. We got a 2015 Ford fiesta and started the normal process where I sent pictures of the key and remote asking the price. There was a guy that texted me that said he was the new '' associate' named Roger working with Santiago. I asked the price, and it had gone up significantly. From the $40, up to $$120 plus. I was a bit put off, but post Covid This type of stuff happens. In the meantime, I put out a request on Yelp to have a key made, and there was another locksmith (locksmith 775 ) that was willing to meet with us and make the key for $50. So I text Roger back and let him know that I was getting it for way cheaper, and that , we would not be needing his service. He text back and as you can read the screenshots, was not a very nice person . After using them for so many years, because I didn't want to pay $240 for 2 keys, he said they were going to block me and that I wasted their time . I was able to leave a text with Santiago, and let him know that I was willing to keep doing business with them, as well as keep referring customers if they were going to remain low price. His response to me was they were going to change their focus to people who want. It really isn't wasting time hunting around for a good deal. That's part of business. So yeah, even if I wasn't blocked.... I would never use them.

I have been using Roman Window Cleaning for years. I can count on the owner to do things as I asked him to. The windows in my homes are without a doubt always done the best , and I can count on it. Another plus is I have clients that stay in my homes at Christmas time. I called Vic to get an estimate for my windows in a cabin in Squaw Valley. He got out here the next day and walked the property to get me a number which I thought was very fair. We made an appointment to do the work. An hour before he was to be here he called to let me know he would be a bit late. This just does not happen in Tahoe, that was so impressive and worked fine for me. He and his partner did a great job. This company is amazing. Professional work and great follow through. After talking with Vic I asked for a quote. He said I'll get one to you in 24 hours. AND HE DID!! At that point the price was fair so I set it up for about 3 weeks out (over 4th of July weekend). Vic was on time. Worked quickly with his partner. Dusted our VERY high fans and cleaned our mirrors. Vic and his excellent crew did an amazing job on our window cleaning! We had about 100 windows to do of all sizes. They did them all spotlessly, including our skylights, deck glass and mirrors! They were fast, friendly and used booties inside the house. They were super awesome dealing with our heights as we're on a graded lot in Tahoe Donner in Truckee. WOW!!! No wonder it took a month to get an appointment! Victor and his crew are very meticulous (I met my match)!! The windows in my home hadn't been cleaned in 2 years and they were beyond filthy, not to mention the copious amount of spider webs and dust on the screens!! I built my house 5 years ago and the windows hadn't been cleaned since move-in. Vic and his sizable crew did a superb job, leaving all the very dirty windows crystal clear, and the screens and tracks spotless. As I live on a steep downslope, some of the windows were hard to reach. All in all, a great job, finished quickly and efficiently, and at a very reasonable price! read more

Over 200 windows cleaned in a commercial setting. These folks were on time, did what was contracted for and were as unobtrusive as possible. Windows look the best they ever have!! Outstanding service by the entire team on our two and 1/2 story house in Kings Beach. Top floor with cathedral windows was no small task, but they did a great job. Roman window cleaning is by far the best in Truckee! We have used them in the restaurant I work in Twice a year for many years and have just started using them in our home.
