Booking was quick and super simple. They reach out to you about a month before your reservation for the deposit, and then a week before everybody's menu is due to them for their planning. Getting that info can be a little challenging if you have a big group, so I just had everybody fill out a Google Form that I created myself. The day of, Chef CY texted promptly to let us know he was on the way and set up with plenty of time before our lunch was to start (1pm). Chef Panda accompanied him. Both Chef CY and Chef Panda made this experience 1000x better than we expected! They were both so fun, so personable, and hillaaaarious. Chef CY was the main chef while Chef Panda was the hypeman and sake dealer, but he also showed off some really cool tricks too. As for the food, it was delicious! The starter salad was fresh and the dressing was tasty. We all absolutely loved the fried rice too, and we even got extras. I added a $5 upgrade of the lo mein noodles to mine and the flavor was ON POINT. For my proteins, I got chicken and filet. The chicken was marinaded beautifully, and the filet was SOOO good. Cooked to absolute perfection! I got to try a bite of lobster and scallops too which were both yummy as well. Did I mention the sake?! There was so much (they provide it) and the games that the chefs had us play were soooo freaking fun! We all spent the whole afternoon laughing. The price is also completely decent for the experience that you get, and the taste/quality of the food. 10/10 experience that ended up being even cooler than we anticipated.
