After a long day of work I got home and did no longer want to cook. I decided upon Panera because they were open late and a healthier option than any of the other fast food. I ordered on the app as normal which is always so easy. My order was placed about an hour prior to their closing. When I arrived I was their only customer and did have a brief wait which I did not mind at. I got their french onion soup and chipotle chicken and bacon flatbread with a ginger ale. Panera has my all time favorite french onion soup. This is my second time trying one of Panera's pizzas and I gotta sat worth a try. The flatbread is incredibly crispy and just the right amount of chewy. It looks absolutely beautiful too!! read more

We stopped in for two of the new dipper sandwiches. They were a disappointment. The cost was high for the quality and quantity of food. It was a long wait getting our food. My sandwich had a huge, sharp piece of bone in it. I gave it to the staff and barely got noticed. I'm thankful I didn't get a broken tooth or the roof of my mouth stabbed. I understand these things happen but as huge and sharp I would have expected at least an apology. I'd think it should have been noticeable when the sandwich was assembled considering how little beef was on the sandwich. The restaurant was reasonably clean but supplies were not stocked well. i ordered a rapid pickup. they charged me really easily, but getting my order was where the complication started. i went in @ 2:10, order was supposedly supposed to be done at 1:55. i stood there for 15 minutes waiting.... i finally flagged an employee. she was rude to me saying "we have 5 orders, we will get to yours" i explained that i ordered @1:40 and its now 2:30 and my food is not here. she started treating me as if i was the problem. wasted my time. i showed her my app. she said, "i can refund the order" i said ok. but i never got refunded. i tipped, i donated to your fundraiser, left hungry and you treat me as if im some "Karen" your food is not that good anyway, and man, i did nothing to deserve the treatment i got. ignorant! i wont support this type of shit ever again. at least couldve treated me like a human being, but instead stole my money and made me feel as if i did something wrong. no wonder people dont treat each other right anymore! i'm about done! i wont go back. simple process made complex by incompetence. The new French dip cibeatta sandwich is tiny and extremely expensive and the roast beef in it is minced up, not full slices. It's not very plenty full and what is in there falls out as you lift it to your mouth. My wife and I got the same thing and we both left hungry. Never again. read more

Panera's food is good, but it's so expensive for what you get. I got the pick 2 witch is a cup of soup and a half of a sandwich (3 inch sub roll) and added a drink ($3 soft drink). Perfect for me is rectangular tables and chairs, and that is what it is in the side room! I have probably been to this location over 100 times over the years. The food used to be great, but now it is not so great. My favorite menu items (the Italian combo and French onion soup) are no longer on the menu. I was informed the French onion soup is now seasonal, I thought this soup was a pretty big seller, so I am disappointed. I also feel that the portion sizes have gotten significantly smaller as well. I hope Panera will bring back some of the wonderful items that they discontinued. read more

I met a co-worker here for coffee at 9:30 am. They were out of coffee. 3 giant urns were empty. 20 Minutes later and the urn i tied to get coffee from was still not full. Food was good but the tea was rancid. I don't think this has anything to do with Covid and being kind during this time. We have had about 50% chance of the tea being fresh here. I believe that what is happening is that the container just keeps getting refilled instead of emptied and cleaned before just dumping more tea in. Some of that tea has probably been in there for a very long time in order to go rancid! Scary to think what else may be going on. Well the portions got smaller and I have left hungry many times.. a few times my stomach got really ill, a few hours after eating there SO, with small portions and frequent BAD stomach issues. , I'll be eating at ZOUP from now on... I question Panera Cleanliness.. I saw a kid with Apron on deliver food to tables, then collect the garbage, then go into the bathroom, then come out with apron on and deliver food again. I question how clean that place isPORTIONS ARE WAY TOO SMALL.... tired of leaving hungry!! They fill the soup one inch under the rim.. salad 1-2 inches under the rim. This Panera location has gone down hill so much in the last year that I only stop if I am desperate for coffee! I used to frequently have business meetings here, but you can't rely on them anymore. The last several visits they have been out many of the key items needed to make salads and sandwiches. This includes many of the basics, like croutons! Terrible! Stopped in today at 10:30am to get some grub before heading to Ohio. Service was VERY SLOW. There was only one cashier, one prep while the Mgr BS'd on the telephone. Granted they were very busy but the cashier seemed like she was still dreaming of sugarplums and waiting for Santa to arrive. Food: my egg-only bagel was not cooked all the way. Both of my kids' Sierra Turkey sandwiches had onions on them that had serious mold and dead spots on them. Just hoping no one gets sick since we didn't notice until they were done with one half! There is no excuse for the way this place treats its rapid order customers. This service is to make life easier not cause drama. The staff was so stress inducing and so uncooperative that my daughter came back in tears after trying to pick up her order. I've been treated the same way more than once.
