It got late in the day on the day of the new appointment, so I was expecting the worst until Roman showed up at my door. He was polite, funny, and very knowledgeable. Given the 20+ years of experience he has, he knew pretty much straight away what was wrong with the microwave. Twenty minutes later, and after replacing a fuse hidden above the microwave, we were all done. My pessimism turned into happiness. If you get assigned Roman, know you're going to get great service.
