If I could give 10 Stars I would! I heard about DIY appliance parts from some FB groups when someone's AC broke on a friday and no one was available to come fix their system. Many times its a simple part replacement. And you don't need a HVAC license to buy parts from here! It's going to be 100 Degrees this weekend and our AC broke. After doing some initial diagnosis, I found out that I needed what I thought was an $80 part. I called Vinnie, and gave him the part number. He said i have a replacement part that works for $30! And he also checked another relay for me. (the resistance and continuity across the part) and gave me confidence that all I needed was the 1 part. He also made a phone call to another expert to make sure my wiring colors were correct. They don't just sell you the parts, they are knowledgable and guide you through the repair. And if you are truly eff'd then they will tell you its time to call an expert. I just got home, installed the part. and we have ice cold AC again! What I love about living in Murrieta is the honest people we have here, and they exemplify this. I understand that you pay for experience when it comes to contractors but when something seems too pricey for the repair, it's best to get a 2nd opinion. Not only do they have the parts for AC repairs (which are often easy and cheap to do with a YouTube video), they are also extremely knowledgeable. I went in after I was quoted a 900 repair on parts that cost 40 combined and could be replaced in 20 minutes. I spoke with them and they told me the parts I had still work and that based on what they were looking at, new parts were not necessary and that I should be pushing back to the HVAC repair company to fix their work. I did just that, and after losing trust in the company I originally hired, went with a different contractor who was able to actually resolve my issue. I'm glad I came here, I'm glad I got experienced eyes on my parts, but most of all I'm glad for the honesty, times are hard and I hope that we see more of this. What a great service. I called with a problem with my AC unit. I brought in my capacitor that I thought was the problem for testing. After letting me know that the Capacitor was fine and was not the problem. He recommended I try a device that will hard start the unit. After a quick instal and following the instructions given to me and explained to me at the store, my ac unit and my dead Compressor came back to life. The way I look at it 10 grand were saved with a $26 part. Will I come back here, of coarse. Do the deserve a 5 star review, nope, they deserve a 6 star review.
