I just connected a front loader washer and dryer , the dryer wasn't turning but making a slight noise every 4 minutes like it wants to spin but it doesn't. So I made the appointment with Michael, he came in, asked a few basic questions regarding the above and if the dryer was working prior to me picking it up, I presumed it was, this lady was a local realtor (standup person) - so anyway, Michael spun the drum and suggested something was obstructing the drum, he removed the lent basket, reached inside with some channel locks and pulled out a sock that got stuck between the drum and another detail. I had Michael install a new double oven and make repairs to my built in refrigerator. The double oven installation went as planned. Michael arrived on time, did all the work, and the cost was reasonable. My refrigerator repair was a bit complicated and Michael forewarned me he would not be able to do all the work on the same day as my oven installation. My refrigerator's lights were not working and the icemaker's water line was leaking. Michael quickly diagnosed and repaired the reason for the lights not working. This was a problem another company could not diagnose on two separate attempts. Michael returned to repair the icemaker's water line. He was able to create his own solution rather the order factory parts which would have been far more expensive. His repair worked and my icemaker is fully functional again. His charge for the icemaker repair was also reasonable. I'll add that Michael is very friendly and prompt. I strongly recommend him. read more
