I am no stranger to this location. I have been going here for quite some time to get items needed. They have good selection of lingerie, lubed, toys, strap on's, shoes, and sex machines that's affordable. I love that the staff has product knowledge and offer great suggestions to you. I purchased a motor bunny sex machine (from the store on Lankershim) and there was a defect in the plug power plug. And being when I called to tell them about it they advised me the machine was discontinued and they didn't have any more in stock. They advised me the cowgirl sex machine was available at this location. So I went and purchased the cowgirl here. Can I just say this machine is premium quality it's better than a Sybian more comfortable and VERY powerful. I am so happy with this purchase. Saw the reviews on yelp after getting a migraine from trying to find the right toys on Amazon. Why not right? It's right up the street. I don't remember the guys name but he was super helpful and let me see how strong the vibes were and recommended bondage tape vs the cuffs since I have small wrists . It's super affordable. What lousy Customer service. Wanted to check out but the cashier was "on a break" and I had to wait 15 minutes. Meantime, he was sitting at the front playing games on his iPhone, and couldn't get off his lazy butt to take money from paying customers, now a line with two customers waiting. I had the oddest, yet funniest incident EVER here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER, EVER forget it (I hope). Ok. After House of Billiards, me and my two homies are driving around and stumble onto Le Sex Shoppe. We figured "hey! I can't think of anything else to do. let's check it out!" Well right when we parked, these two girls get out of the car in front of us and THEY ARE HOLDING A VENTRILOQUIST DUMMY. I was like WTF? Those things are scary man. I get out of the car, the girls come up to me (really cute, sweet, and laughing balls), and say hey!!!! Can you take a picture of us? They are hysterically running to the entrance door with this dummy in a tux and take a pic in front of the store. They they open the door to see the inside and you see the worker looking like "WTF?" They said that they are going around town to different spots and taking pictures at those places with the dummy. I guess that's what people like to do on their weekends in the Valley? I dunno. They were so silly and cute that when they asked me to take a photo with them, my two guy friends could not resist, took the picture, hit on them, and we went our marry way into the store. If you want to buy something naughty, no better place to head than Van Nuys, the porn capital. You can find several little spots just driving down Van Nuys Boulevard but I think this is the closest to Ventura or the 101. There is a back parking lot and a back entrance if you are shy. You will find everything from silly novelties for a bachlorette party to kinky S&M contraptions. You can't help but look because they are just so silly. What I like is that they normally have a female at the register so it's not creepy like when a guy is surveying your purchase. The DVDs are priced at a very reasonable price for new releases about $25-$35. and the bargain bins have some really great DVDs, i got 6 DVDs here for about $80; 2 were Low-Art 2 were from a quality lesbian production, 1 from Marc Dercel and 1 from Digital playground. I am NOT a fan of this store location nor the company. Ive heard negative things about this store in the past but I still attempted to give it a chance and I highly regret that decision. I came in and felt immediately uncomfortable with the fact that a male was behind the counter. That being said, I moved my shopping needs down to Romantix and I was very happy to find that they had sooo much more to choose from as far as lingerie and little accessories like fuzzy handcuffs and games. I was really there for the clothes so I looked through everything. There was a lot I liked but I ultimately came out with two items. It was meant for one special night. I was very unsure of the one size fits all tag on the box, but I tried it on, (with undies on of course!) and was very pleased with it. I came here for a quick errand to buy a small butt plug. My issue was the security girl. Me and my boyfriend enter the store and the security girl was within 10-20 feet of us the whole time. I'm okay with that because I can imagine the loss prevention problems LA has, but then again its 2015....Y'all need to get some cameras up and allow us to breathe and be able to shop in a comfortable manner. I was merely browsing through the size small and extra small butt plug boxes to see which one was more suitable. Clearly they are not size on the box as they are in person. You clearly need to take a peek at the actual size to visually see if you can handle it or not. The security girl was not having it and I gladly complied. Its not like anyone would do something stupid with the security girl in their peripherals. In the end I ended up buying my size small butt plug as intended, but it was double the price of the same item as the same item at a sex shop a few miles away. As I left I said "Bye Felicia" to the security guard and I can almost guarantee she does not have a guard card license. This poor tragedy of a place was a mistake. We tried to have a good time playing with my butt plug but its hard to forget the history behind an item that you bought. Just got off the phone with a man at the store. Was extremely rude and discourteous in response to a simple question about his inventory.

The shop is small, but clean and organized with a decent inventory and a good selection of DVD. Nobody from the staff was pushy. I spent at least 15 minutes browsing and I didn't even notice the security guard until I was at the cash register. On the other hand nobody asked me if I needed any help. The guy at the register rang me up, but before leaving I checked in the bag and he forgot to get and put the DVD in the case. It turned out he didn't see the case and didn't charge me for the DVD. So OK, I told him I wanted the DVD. He got it and rang me up again, but this time he forgot to hand me my credit card back. I would have left without it if I hadn't double checked everything again.
