Positive ALWAYS outruns the negative! Walked in yesterday around 12:30pm and was helped by Jasmine. I told her that a friend of mine is registered at this store for her upcoming bridal shower, and she helped me look up her name in their registry. I looked around the store and found a lot of good deals from pajamas, to sexy, nice, colorful lingerie, great selections of undergarment that comes in different sizes. XS, Small, Large, and XL. They also had few items for plus size women. I got couple of different panties, a gift card for my friend, and she likes a certain perfume from this store. Got that too. They also carry variety of Yoga pants, leggings, gift sets, brassieres, lotions, oils, perfumes, other beauty supplies and a lot more stuff for both genders. Employees were nice and helpful. Store was in a very good condition. It was clean and everything was placed nicely on their tables or hung on the racks. It has 3 dressing rooms and they were very clean. I don't know if they have a bathroom or not. Since it's inside Westfield's shopping center, it has a garage/underground parking. I know my friend will love her gifts, and I am very content with my own purchase. Affordable prices and this was not my 1st time being here. Definitely will not be the last. Haven't been here in a very long time..It was still very good to see this store being there at the mall. A lot of other Victoria Secret & Pink went out of business. I usually don't review retail stores, but this location had the nicest and friendliest staff I have ever encountered. They were very nice and helping customers when asked for help. I was looking for a specific perfume, lady who helped me took me to the perfume selection and showed where it was located. In my experience, staff usually say it's over there , god knows what does over there mean? lol They have a variety selections of perfumes , gift sets, leggings and yoga clothing. The day I visited they had a sale going on and it was busier than usual, but it was a great experience. I would be back for sure. read more

They have on going deals that is hard to pass up. So I was enticed to go and see if I can find something for me. I checked out the store and decided on the brassiere's and a body lotion (body care products are $6.95 each). There was a line at the register but I waited patiently because some of the customers were getting/adding more items when they're informed they need this amount to get this item for free (if they're interested). Of course when somebody hears the word free - they will say Yes!!! I'm one of them. Haha P.S. I will be back to exchange a brassiere. My size but it was a little bit tight. read more

Today I visited your store intending to purchase five body lotions as small gifts for my friends. At the register, I kindly asked for five small gift bags - one for each item, so that every friend could receive a proper present. Even I can buy a bag, he told me no. To my surprise, I was told that I could only receive three bags, due to "store policy." ‍ I find this extremely disappointing and confusing. How can such a well known and respected brand like Victoria's Secret have a policy that prevents customers from properly gifting their purchases? It makes no sense to give three friends their gifts beautifully packaged while the other two receive them without any packaging at all. Because of this, I decided not to complete my purchase. The service did not meet the standards I expect from a brand like Victoria's Secret. For a company of this reputation, it should be a priority to provide proper gift packaging for customers - even if it means offering bags at a small charge. Otherwise, the brand risks losing loyal customers entirely over something so minor. This experience left me with a very negative impression of your customer service and store policies. I truly hope Victoria's Secret will reconsider such rules, as they diminish the shopping experience and affect customer loyalty. P.S I hate to complain, but I am honestly tired of facing poor service everywhere. I even had to call Victoria's Secret customer service, after which the store manager finally allowed me to get five small bags. But honestly, by that time the shopping experience was already ruined. Horrible customer service. Was told when I entered I could exchange bra, then while in line informed I couldn't w/o tag or receipt although purchased on credit card. I left, called another location and employee said they could look up my transactions on credit card and do an even exchange. I called back Sherman Oaks and employee said maybe the other location would make an "exception" so I asked if she could honor that same exception, "no" It's a bra from semi annual, not an expensive exchange, money still going into store. I'll never shop at this Victoria's Secret ever again. I let the store manager know too. They don't allow you to try on underwear and when I insisted that I was wearing underwear she only allowed me to try on 5 pairs at a time. I'm almost 40, making 130k a year and they treat their customers like children. Never again. I even offered to allow them to take my bag if they were worried about stealing. I'm more of an Aerie kind of girl, but I've been vying for some Victoria's Secret goodies lately. I came by over the weekend -- timid and lost -- and discovered they were in the middle of their Semi-Annual Sale that day. Score! First step, find out my size. I walked around the fitting room area, hoping someone could help me figure out my size. A floor attendant named Mitch was able to measure me on the spot, and then directed me to a fitting room attendant named Tiffany to show me different options. The two of them were great -- excellent customer service and so thorough. I tried on about 7 different bra options and picked my favorite four. Tiffany routinely checked in on me, which I appreciated. Then, Mitch took me around the store and picked out several styles that I'd liked. Some were in the sale pile, which was great, and others were full price. I ended up with 4 bras and some panties (5 for $28.50 during the sale!). The discounted bras were about $20-$30 -- quite a hefty price, but so well made. The regular-priced bras are around $60. Of course, the employees were pushing the regular-priced items and their VS credit card. The check out process was relatively lackluster in comparison to the rest of the experience. My cashier wasn't as friendly or welcoming. She didn't bother asking who helped me or even if I had a VS credit card. Meh. Everyone I interacted with on the floor was so much more customer-oriented than her, but I guess her job is just to keep the line moving. I will be back! read more

I went here yesterday for a return...and that went smoothly- employee was very patient and sweet. They had 1 random register open in middle of the store- even though they were having a preview Black Friday sale. There was numerous employees standing around socializing - not helping or even speaking to customers unless asked a question and the line got longer and longer. I had the same bad experience as others - I was greeted with rude skepticism, like I had walked in to shop lift. There was one girl working the register and a long line of folks waiting to check out. Woman in front of me gave up on her purchase and left. All the while I was followed and harassed by the 4 available employees on the floor. But the manager. Oh the manager! She lied about return policies and how the computer wouldn't let her do certain transactions. Left and drove to the VS in Burbank to finish the transaction. They were friendly and helpful. I came in to do a return and they wouldn't do it because I didn't have the reward card that they gave me when I purchased the items. I gave it to my daughter to use because she shops at this store. The sales girl must be hoping this will deter me from returning? Pretty ridiculous that they will lose a potential future sale because they want this reward back with my return. Must be their sales tactic. For the inconvenience of me not being happy with the items that I'm not even able to try on in store, I think they should allow customers to keep these rewards cards but no problem, I came back and returned the items with the rewards card. The best part about this is I watched the girl put the reward card back in the stack of the other reward cards to give to their future customers. Ummm Covid? Yeah... so, probably the rudest person at the door-- was there at 7:30pm on Friday the 28th. If you don't answer all of her questions about your bra size, credit cards, etc... she replies, "It'll be a wait then." and she turns her back on you. I get that there are capacity limits. It's the word, "then" that struck me. Implying that, had I answered all of her questions, she would have just let me in. Incompetent management and service staff training... there was no shortage of staffing numbers but the incompetence of service made tge experience redundant then delays at the register with other people's returns made the entire experience unworthwhile. TL;DR: Run don't walk to another location. Perhaps Burbank like we did. If they tell you your ID is "flagged" for returns, that is FALSE, they just need to insert a gift card and choose not to. I don't write long reviews but this experience was absolute twilight zone insanity. This is the verbatim copy/pasted report I sent to corporate and the VS ethics department: On Tuesday 1/25/2022 around 6:30/7pm I came to the store to return some items that I couldn't try on in Covid that still had tags but had no receipt. Upon walking into the store, I was questioned about why I was there and asked to show what I was returning as if I were a criminal. Though there were probably 6 people on the floor there was only one cashier. Another woman was having trouble making a return and the line had become so long that people in front of me gave up and left without purchases. Another cashier showed up, a thin blond white woman, the manager, who claimed her name was "Mary," but I'm sure she gave me a false name when I asked her at the end of our brutal forty five minute waste of time. She questioned me extensively about the 2 items I was returning and told me they would probably be the lowest sale price to which I said fine. She scanned the items and tried to find the sale price for a while and seemed confused that they weren't on sale. I asked if there would be a way to look up the receipt like many other stores do and she said no, so I said store credit on a gift card was fine. She asked to scan my ID and upon scanning claimed that my ID was "flagged" meaning I cannot return for a gift card due to too many returns. I have never returned anything to Victoria Secret in my life as I don't shop there much. How could I be "flagged?" There was nothing in the fine print for returns about this so called "flagging." It made me scared that my identity had been stolen or something. When I asked further about what this meant she just said I had to exchange for $181 worth of items at the present moment and would not be able to put it on a gift card. Although we knew this seemed ridiculous my boyfriend asked if they could scan his ID card instead to which she said no, only one ID per return. There is also no policy of the sort in any fine print of the return policy which is at the cash register. I tried to look for $181 worth of items but this store is small and I wasn't finding anything, not to mention stressed looking employees kept following me around as if I was holding the freaking store up. I am not chalking this up to racism, just a strange unhealthy environment, as I am a 35 year old white woman who was wearing the same clothes I wore to work where I am a high school teacher. When the manager switched cashiering with another employee, my boyfriend went up and tried to reason with someone else. This employee was very kind and asked if we had the original form of payment, which we did, my credit card. Why didn't the manager know that a receipt could be looked up by the credit card instead of just rudely saying no to me? Although the receipt wasn't found via my credit card it was still nice of the other employee to try. It was then that an angry, seemingly upper riddled "Mary" reappeared to remind us that the policy was still the same. After some argument she said "this is against policy but I will try the other ID" (my boyfriends). Even though he has never shopped at Victoria's Secret in his life she scanned his ID and said it was somehow also "flagged" and we still weren't able to get a giftcard. Which further concluded that this flagging business was utter nonsense. We noticed with both ID's scanned, a receipt was printed and the notification on the card keypad said "Insert card" which we realized after going to another location meant just insert the gift card to transfer the amount. This woman was just blatantly refusing to put it on a gift card on her own having nothing to do with company policy. This insufferable woman kept lying, saying that nothing could be returned after 90 days when clearly stated at the front desk were the terms for returning after 90 days. I have never been treated in such a way at a retail location anywhere. So, we gave up to go to a different location. We took the items to return and immediately drove to the Victoria's Secret location in Burbank where we were greeted kindly and immediately got $181 on a giftcard easily without any nonsense. My ID was scanned, ZERO mention of flagging or anything ridiculous. The only question I was asked was which design of gift card I wanted. The whole process took 3 minutes. This is also a much bigger and nicer store. What is in the water in Sherman Oaks? read more

I'm writing a complaint about the closing female staff on 7/20/22. My mother went to the Victoria's Secret located in the Sherman Oaks Westfield, Sherman Oaks, CA. There was 10 minutes till closing time, 8PM PST. My mother quickly went to the first staff she saw for some help. One Hispanic female staff refused to measure her chest. (This would have saved so much time for a bra selection). She claimed to not have the measuring tool on her but refused to look for someone who does and said, "just go look over there," then walked away from my mother. While my mother was in the fitting room, one of the female staff decided to turn off the lights. My mother quickly changed and ran out of the fitting room, and said "someone is still in here!" When she came out, all of the female staff were laughing at her. I understand it was closing time but there should be absolutely no reason for someone to treat someone else this way. It's even more upsetting that we've been customers of this store for many many years, have never been treated this poorly, and to see this corporation losing its values and morals through their staff, It's not shocking, but it's saddening to see. I hope Victoria's Secret hiring manager rethinks the type of incompetent staff hired here. She didn't purchase anything, nor got anyones names because of how deceived she was. read more

Employee Kayla was following my sister in the store. It was extremely rude and inappropriate behavior from the start. She was on her phone as we were waiting for a changing room. I was helping my little sister in the fitting room she called the manager on us even though I was helping my littler sister out with her bras. I kept telling her that I was helping her and left all of my things in a separate room so that she knew I wasn't trying to change in the same room as her. We felt harassed. Approached the manager about the situation and about how we felt and he stated that she was probably trying to help us out. Extremely uncomfortable situation. For as long as I can remember I have been going to Victoria's Secret for everything that I need. I have never had an issue with them in any of their locations. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Place is always clean and tidy unless they have a super sale and well...you guys know how that goes with being tidy everything seems to be all over the place b to that okay haha They are pricy of course but you get good quality, so that's okay. I wish their bras were less expensive and not $60 because they don't seem to last very long the wire pops out in few months and it's a bummer to throw a $60 bra for a wire issue. Their panties are perfect they have all you can imagine of sizes and looks, never had a problem. Fitting rooms are adorable, and the ladies that work the fitting room are great and helpful especially if you're having trouble with bra sizes haha And don't forget that this place is not just for bras and panties they have lotions and perfumes and sport wear I even own a sport bra that cost $75 it's been a year and it looks brand new. read more

Went to PINK with my mother the other day where they had a promotion for free slippers with any purchase over $35. We were going to pay together in order to grab a pair however the cashier said "we don't have your size." A few moment later the lady hacking out beside me was given a slipper in the size I needed so I asked "I thought you were out?" She replied with saying "yeah we are in the color black." She never asked me for he color I wanted. This happened after my mother and I checked out separately. My mom asked them "since it was your mistake I feel like we should get them anyway, we just spent $70" She called some other girl over by the name of Tina or Trina who gave the MOST attitude saying she would refund us and run the transaction again in order fr is to obtain FREE SLIPPERS. I felt bad for all the people in line behind us and I said "don't worry that'll just take too much time."
