Bad experience with this business. They claimed they have certified Arborists on staff but the…read moreworker hired by the owner was obviously not. The were hired to lightly prune my Oak Tree and they left it with holes in the upper canopy and without lower canopy. Basically they over-pruned it. While pruning it I asked and complained to stop cutting it and they did not even listed to me. The owner was joking the whole time telling me not to worry. I showed the results to a real arborist who confirmed they should have not cut that much. I reported them to the BBB. Unfortunately they are not accredited with it.
