I keep giving this place a shot, hoping it's a bad night or they were just busy. I recently ordered a meat a more pizza, Italian sub, sampler and fettuccine Alfredo. The pizza is pretty good. I recommend sticking to that because the fettuccine is extremely bland. Like I can't even say it tastes bad because there isn't a taste. They use spaghetti noodles instead of penne or actual fettuccine noodles. The chicken is also bland. The last time I ordered it I even told them they could leave the chicken off. When I ordered, I was told 30 minutes wait. The food showed up about an hour and 15 minutes later. They could have at least called and let me know it was running behind. I had a house full of teenage boys who were going to eat the walls if I didn't feed them. I only live 5-8 minutes from there. read more

This place is not bad. I've had a couple of their monster sized pizzas and I'm not sure how we even got the box through the front door without having to tip it one way or another. Pizzas are good, wings are good. Nothing spectacular, but no complaints either. There are many pizza options in the area, mostly local and some national chains. First of all, I downloaded yelp to leave this review. I ordered via DoorDash and my food was delivered roughly 40 minutes later, which seems standard for a pizzeria. I live half a mile from this pizzeria. I ordered a large supreme pizza and mozzarella sticks. All of this was cold when I received it. I was offered an $8 refund from DoorDash, but requested a full refund, which I received. The pizza is now being fed to the dogs (minus the onion) and the cheese sticks were reheated and given to the kids. This place is clearly just trying to push out as many orders as possible. With speed, you lose quality, and the quality of this place is bottom shelf. Prices aren't bad, but the food quality is not even comparable with what you could get from American Hero, which is right down the road. read more

This is becoming my neighborhood Italian/pizza go to spot. Imagine the usual American/Italian fare, and you know the menu here. Think pizza, chicken Parmesan, pastas, hoagies, etc. The pizza is good, as is the chicken parm. I believe they may actually have the best wings in Creedmoor. Roma pizza is a small take out place tucked in the food lion plaza. This fake place preens itself on Italian and fresh cuisine by using canned sauce and poorly cooked pizza. I really had high hopes but the more I witnessed the more I regretted being there. I can't begin to explain how many sanitation violations I had witnessed. First I observed a young teen boy preparing someone's sub with no gloves on. Then I witnessed him wiping his head and returning to work on a salad without washing his hands. I also noticed how unclean their ice cream area was not to mention the layer of dust on the ventilation. It is my humble advise to all to save the chance of sickness and not visit until some drastic change takes place on the cleanliness of this establishment. read more

Ordered a few pies tonight with the family. Had a Meat Amore, one with pepperoni, bacon, and mushrooms, one with just pepperoni, and one with bacon, cheddar, and ham. The pizza was really good. A great amount of cheese, enough that is actually strings like those pizza commercials. The crust had a fantastic blend of spices on it. My mom said the marinara sauce they gave us as a dipping sauce was really good. We will definitely order from them again. I really want to try some of the sides. read more

The food is okay but when they delivered the medium white spinach pizza the box was literally falling apart! The delivery guy asked to bring it in because he was afraid it would rip open. He said it's because it was so hot but it was luke warm at best so were the "large onion rings." I paid 2.99 for them and there were a total of 6 onion rings that weren't any bigger than Hardee's onion rings that you get much more of for the price. The box was soggy and so was the pizzza. The first time we ordered we got 2 xl pepperoni and it took 10 more minutes than this time and they were good, not this time. read more

The baked ziti is not good. No ricotta, very watery and the pasta tasted as if it was about to go bad. It was topped with what looked like a bunch of pizza cheese. Garlic bread was a chunk of pizza with some kind of herb sauce (?) and cheese. The people are very nice, but we will not order again. I tossed the whole meal into the garbage. :( read more

Had it delivered right after the snow storm and was glad it was available but probably wouldn't order it again unless no other choices were available. Ordered pizza for the first time a few days ago. A small pizza took 35 minutes. I don't mind waiting for good food but that was bot the case this time. The crust looked and tasted like it was pre-made or store-bought. crust was definitely not fresh or hand tossed. I should have known better when I saw the conveyor belt system. That type of pizza oven is usually only used in the big commercial pizza places. The toppings few and far between. The sauce have a metallic taste as if it came from a can. I have used canned sauce before to make my own pizza, so I don't mind it. But, just had a metallic taste to it that was very offputting. The cheese on the pizza was difficult to chew. Overall, this was a waste of money. I threw away most of the pizza. if you like fresh pizza, I would not recommend this place. read more

They are always very friendly and the prices are good. I love their pizza, I'm from New York so I'm a pizza snob. They take extra care and do things a little differently than the average place - Pepperoni goes under the cheese, garlic butter on the crust.. The pizza is always made to order quickly. We had 2 lasagna dinners delivered with a couple of salads. Have to say much better than our other delivery option of PTA Pizza. The lasagna was meaty, cheesey and good and hot. This review is about the Franklington location. I got a Blooming onion, In short it was horrible. First it was way over cooked, and was so salty my mouth burned after eating a small amount. Needless to say most of it went in the trash. also I got their wings, again horrible. Over cooked again. And from the time I ordered till I got my food, no less than 45 minutes passed. My family orders take out from Roma's pizza on a regular basis. I have only had the BEST service from all of the employees and the food is always wonderful. I can honestly say that they are the best Italian/pizza restaurant from here to Wake Forest. The owner is even spoken with us personally and is awesome!
