They listened to my requests and followed them, rather than doing a standard deep cleaning routine. They were flexible, so I got exactly what I needed, which was kitchen and bathroom, especially stovetop, backsplash, tub shower, and floors. They even asked permission to vacuum, just in case I was in a Zoom meeting or similar. Payment was slightly awkward for me, because I don't have Zelle or Venmo. I just haven't learned about those apps. Paying by debit or credit card is a second choice for TooClean, and there is a processing fee. Nevertheless, I would be happy to hire them again if I can't keep up with my cleaning for any reason.

Thankfully, I take my cats to a neighbors house while cleaning is happening so I was able to catch this when we returned before the cats got in the bathroom. The ladies just packed up and left without letting me look around first. It was probably the worst cleaning I have ever had. Very basic things were missed, like a whole bar top still had crumbs and dust on it and the showers and tub were dirty and dry. For a deep clean it was just really unacceptable. As a business owner I would think Maria would be mortified and apologetic, which she wasn't really. It was odd. She did give me a discount which I appreciated. She encouraged me to book again with different cleaners, but when I messaged her to do that, she never responded. Bad business practices.
