My husband came in and had his teeth cleaned, but then was told they would not apply the coupon since it's one per family not per patient. I have no problem with this policy if I had been told different from the beginning. The office manager was so rude and so abrasive that I would have no desire to ever return to the office even though without a doubt Diane is the best hygienist ever. I can't speak to the quality of the dentist since all they did was examine my teeth during the cleaning.

I was interested in getting Invisalign treatment and visited Dr. Harman's practice as they specialized in it. The initial consultation went well. The staff seemed helpful, and I met Dr. Heidi Harman. The assistant took detailed photos and X-rays, assuring me that they would email my information, pricing, and treatment plan by the next day to help me make an informed decision. However, despite repeated texts and calls over the next FOUR months politely requesting the promised information, I encountered puzzling excuses each time. Such as "Gmail is a tricky guy" Ultimately, they ghosted me completely and refused to release my X-rays to any other office. I'm deeply disappointed and confused. I had hoped to pursue treatment with Dr. Harman, but without the promised information, I couldn't proceed. It's disheartening to think that I could have been four months into the procedure, but instead, I faced runarounds from the staff, and my time was utterly wasted.

So far so good as I continue my Invisalign journey with Hoffman Orthodontics!…read more I thought I was lucky as a kid who never had to have braces, but my teeth got the last laugh as decades later, I find myself needing some minor corrective measures to get things back to normal. I had Invisalign consults before, and it seems (relatively) easy enough; depending on severity, you get your teeth scanned, receive "invisible" aligners and keep them in for 21+ hours a day. For some, it's months, others it's years. I'm on a 12-16 month timeline, and that's likely overshooting it a bit. This group seemed very professional and on the ball, which is pretty important when taking something like this on. I wasn't about to try the mail-order version, I wanted real docs and real appointments. Speaking of, there is an option between an app to follow progress, or in-person visits. I think both should be available, but as they have it set up, you choose either/or. I chose the appointments and it's been good so far, about four months in. As for Invisalign itself, one's mileage may vary but I don't find it annoying at all. Sure I was a bit lispy for a day or two, or sometimes my head aches from a tray change, but it's a very small price to pay for some pretty remarkable technology. I've still got a long road ahead of me with it, but I'm glad I'm rolling with Hoffman and find them all to be professional, friendly, and trustworthy.
