I called him at 9:30 in The morning and he came out to give me an estimate On replacing the system that afternoon!!! His estimate was a third of what Culligan wanted for the same replacement system. The next morning he arrived on time, Removed the old system, and installed the new system. My water pressure is 100% better, dishwasher cleans my efficiently, and filtered water taste Amazing!!!! I Highly recommend Danny and his company. He is honest, Prices fairly, and delivers on time. I have Never experienced a more trustworthy efficient company.

i purchased their Ecowater sump pump combo backup system. Did not end well. I so wanted this to…read morework but I found out my warranty was voided because they installed this unit in my 15" pit which after installed realized it has to be 22". I kept getting alerts my water level was high then it would kick in and drain. Then I got high voltage alerts, then another that said undefined. Douglas was willing to honor my warranty but then in reading the paperwork I discovered it was not recommended using a generator with it. Another thing not disclosed to me. They didn't even realize it. Which why would they not know these things?? It is overly sensitive sending alerts over every thing. They did agree to remove it so I could get something else and return my money .... However when they came to pick up their sump pump they had no money to give me. After feeling lied to I did not give them their pump. I now have to return the pump to the office and then I get a check. I would have recommended their water conditioning but at this point I definitely don't trust them. This sump pump is apparently new to them and they have no knowledge of restrictions it has. I'm deeply disappointed this happened as the installers Connor and Wes were great and did their best to help. I definitely do NOT recommend this company at all especially their sump pump that they know nothing about. Call the manufacturer like I did. Every little thing voids the warranty.

We went with the 32 water combine for about $2700 installed. I did a lot of research and met with a few companies. I think Lou was pretty straightforward and gave me the option that was best suited for our potential use. We have had it for a few weeks and have been happy with the new water. Feel like the water we had previously was pretty hard (about an 8-10 on hardness scale) and we are on Detroit water so it's highly chlorinated. The water is noticeably different to us and our water tastes cleaner, you can tell. Jason did the install and he was very nice and did the install quick and was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to others. Give them a call ASAP if you are in the market.

The project had to be delayed because the office manager waited until half an hour before the job was supposed to start to call for my credit card information. The office had called a couple days earlier to confirm but made no mention of needing a card at that time. When I complained about having lost the appointment the office manager accused me of trying to avoid paying - even though giving her the card information was never a problem! Calling half an hour ahead of time when I wasn't available and then cancelling the job (even though I returned the call within half an hour) was the problem. She refused to give me the name or any contact information of the franchise owner apparently aware of her own dysfunction and not wanting anyone at the company to find out. Would not use again and would not recommend.
