He came out to give us a quote and returned a couple more times to answer additional questions, show off the product, and make sure we were fully educated. He also was very frank about addressing competitor products, and was knowledgable about their product lines as well. When it came down to money, Lou was flexible and willing to negotiate, and we're very happy with the final price we agreed to. Their crew was just 2 guys (one of whom was a co-owner of the Morgan Exteriors) doing 20 windows and it took them 5 hours. Blown away by their speed and efficiency. They were clean, respectful (I work from home so was around while they completed the project), and the end result is incredible. At this point, the debris, weeds and grass have spread throughout my yard and driveway, making the entire property look extremely messy and unattractive. I have contacted the owner multiple times and have been patient, but the continued delays are very frustrating. I would really like the company to take responsibility and come back to properly complete the work that I already paid for. I am posting this review because I have given them plenty of time and opportunities to correct the issues, but nothing has been resolved. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I regret it when I recommended them to my neighbors because I trust them that they will come back to fix it and I was looking forward to work with them for future projects.
