I have had a few bad experiences with Romeo's pizza in the past but today topped them all and I deleted their app. I ordered a pizza through the app with a note that delivery would be 90 minutes. Two hours later I called the store with no answer. I repeated the call three more times with Verizon telling me the call can't be completed. The worst managed pizza shop. Sad I got rooked for 30 bucks and no pie. So two and a half hours after I ordered and decided to pick up some fast food here comes a cold pizza. I asked the driver the name of the manager, Derek she said and I advised her to look for another job because Derek is a loser that didn't pay his phone bill and can't manage a business. Have been ordering from Romeo's for years but there must be a change of ownership. The gentleman taking the money was quite rude. When I paid for my food he stated that he would prefer the money be placed in his hand and not the counter. I left the pizza and went down the street to Dominos where I placed the money on the counter and left happily with my pizza. read more

Romeo's in Northfield, Ohio is delicious. Very quick Service, & friendly staff. Their garlic Parmesan chicken wings are to die for !! also, their Pizza sauce is delicious with a hint of sweetness to it. The ambiance was relaxing read more

Not a great experience from this location. This was our first time ordering from here in more than 10 years. I had forgotten that the pizza sauce is really sweet, so not to my liking. That is not what earned one star, because that's on me. My issue is that we ordered a loaded pizza, detroit style and cheese sticks. They were all under cooked. The detroit style had no cheese on the outer edges, it was just pillowy dough without toppings. The dough on all was stark white, barely cooked. It wasn't even worth a call up to the store for replacement since we did not like the pizza sauce. I saw complaints about burnt pizza in the past, so perhaps they over corrected. This location also seemed to be out of a lot of items as well. At least two of the specialty pizzas (the potato pizza and the philly) were unavailable to order. I had intended to order the potato pizza to try in lieu of the detroit, but was unable to. read more

We've ordered pizza from Romeo's is the past and loved their service and food. We recently ordered 2 sheet pizzas for a family party, with delivery set up for a Saturday afternoon. I received a call from the manager an hour before the scheduled delivery advising that she didn't have a delivery driver. Instead of ruining our family party, the manager offered me a couple of options to make things right. We ended up picking up the pizzas a half hour after the phone call and the manager more than compensated us for the inconvenience. We'll definitely be back! read more

I ordered a pizza at around 938 pm Friday. As I walked up to the door, there was a person at the register, and door was locked. Another employee in the parking lot told me they were closed. It was 10:04 pm. I then at that exact time received a text saying my order was canceled. They both just watched me leave. At 1020 I called the employee, who claimed to be a manager, when I calmly spoke to him and asked why he wouldn't serve me the pizza, he just kept saying they were closed. I said I was there at 10:04, you could have just given me the pizza. I also informed him that the internet where I saw it said they are open until 11. He said, no it doesn't. I have included a screengrab of what I saw. I recently moved to Oakwood village and we order a pizza on Friday nights. Obviously this is a manager who needs some help with service skills. I informed him my time was wasted and he said, no one forced you to come here. Wow. Wow. Wish I could get away with that attitude at my job. My time was $10.00 My mileage at 65 cents a mile at 10 miles. Round trip is $6.5. I believe your company owes me $16.50. Please pay this amount and we can agree to never do business again. read more

Sauce is great. Crust is tasty. Toppings are generous. Other items on the menu are equally good. My go-to pizza store.

Ordered 3 chicken salads. There was old chicken in the salad and they only give you a teaspoon of chicken! The bacon was not cooked good and the manager was very unprofessional! For $27 they can do better! Never had this problem at Romeo's in Twinsburg read more

And every time the order has been on time, correct, and looking and tasting how I expect. You have consistently helped us out with dinner and get-togethers with your delicious pizza, wings, and bread sticks. The rewards programs is a great bonus too. I JUST got my pizza home & although we order from here a lot (because it's literally less than a mile from our home), I think I am done with them. I put up with so-so pizzas because of convenience but tonight sent me over the edge. I ordered a pizza & I think the young lady misunderstood what I wanted, because I am the only one eating this thing & it ended up being 30 bucks & a 1/2 sheet of pizza. That's fine if it would've been what I wanted. ALL I wanted was a double pepperoni & double cheese. I asked the young girl to "REALLY pile on the pepperoni & cheese!" I didn't care how much extra, I wanted THAT on it. I even told her I'd give her a $10 tip! I assumed it was exactly what I ordered. How presumptuous of me!! I got the pizza & gave some woman (mgr. maybe?) $20 extra to her since she gave me my pizza, I specifically said it was for the little girl. I saw her put it in (what I thought was) a communal tip jar. I called back up & the young girl answered the phone. The young girl answered the phone & I asked if she got my whole tip ($20). She said she got $10. She said she had made it (which I'd understand IF the thing was made to my asking. Instead of "really pile on the peperoni, "it looked like a regular peperoni, A $30 peperoni!). But even if someone is asleep in the corner & I said give that person these 20 bucks, I expect the sleeping person to get my money & not take it upon the management to take 1/2 because they "did the work!" They have an outstanding deep dish here! Had terrible service today. I ordered online at 648pm. Given a one hour window for delivery. Called at 758to inquire. I spoke to an associate and manager who told me I didn't provide the address, I replied that I sure did and had the email confirmation to prove it and offered to send it to her. I asked why they didn't call me then and was told the same that I didn't provide a phone number either. I said I did and it was on the confirmation as well. They told me they were waiting for me to call them! She then Said it would be 25 more min to get it delivered. Called back 40 minutes later because it hadn't arrived yet. Finally got my order at 845. We have bought pizza from here in the past and it was perfect and delicious. This time, we bought the special called Sean's favorite. Online, the picture shows the pizza covered with pepperoni and crumbled sausage. The pizza we were given had a very scarce amount of toppings. On 10 slices of pizza, there were only 20 pieces of pepperoni. Very little sausage too. This was very disappointing. We'll have to try the Solon location or go back to Twinsburg. I could have bought a Little Caesars pizza for $7 less and get the same quality pizza. read more

After being in town for 10 days I've decided this is the hands down best delivery spot in down. First night I got boneless wings with hot buffallo sauce and a large traditional pizza with green peppers and pineapple. It was very good and great quick delivery. Second order, after I'd tried literally everywhere else, I got boneless wings with honey mustard sauce and a large thick style pizza with pepperoni. Both were better than the first time. Super good, between dinner and lunch I ate it all. Ordering again tonight. Delivery is super fast, so why not. read more

Yes bought pizza there a few hours ago, the kids that worked there were very nice but the pizza was not good. The cheese was at the point of the pizza none at top the sauce no flavor and the part with no cheese was very thick and to have no ingredients on top made for dry bread. They had the door open where the workers are flies, bugs can fly in and one girl was standing by the door smoking, I don't think that's a good thing. So I won't go back, had a large onion and mushroom ate 1 piece pitched the rest. Waste of my money. Nobody makes pizza like Romeo's. The sauce and toppings are excellent. But another thing that stands out from the rest is the crust. It isn't just a thing to carry the toppings. It tastes good on its own. Their salads and wings are decent too. Romeo's makes really good pizza and they're worth checking out. read more

I have probably gotten 40 pepperoni mushroom and jalapeno calzones from this location. Absolutely fantastic.

I have had the same experience as the previous poster. When they first opened this location the pizza was excellent but not inexpensive. It seems the past 6 months quality has been going downhill. We usually order the ranch potato pizza and have noticed the pizza makers skimping on toppings. The last time we ordered, they had completely left off the carmelized onions, which are essential to the unique flavor of this particular pizza. We called to voice our displeasure and they made us a new pizza free of charge. Romeo's, you guys need to get it together and return to the attention and quality you started out with. read more
