I was raised off Angela Mia pizza I lived right across the street. I order the same pizza every week and I drive all the way from Parma to get it. For the last month the pizza has been wrong completely I order light sauce as the sauce is so salty now extra cheese all meat pizza light cook double cut. As of late the pizza is well done no extra cheese not double cut. Everytime they say bring it back this time I was still there. And it was burned not done to my specifications. THE MANAGEMENT IS UNHELPFUL, AND GIVES NO HELP IN FIXING THE ORDER. IF YOU WANT GOOD PIZZA ANGELA MIAS IS NO LONGER THE PLACE TO GO. SADLY I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I waste my time my gas and money on pizza I can't not and will not eat. My kids just want pizza. I literally HATE THIS PLACE NOW.

Never have I had such a botched pizza order. I used GrubHub and ordered a deep dish two topping pizza with anchovies, onions, and added bacon for an extra $1.50. It was $19 but with the delivery fees and tip totaled over 30 bucks! Still, we were very excited at the thought of having a delicious deep dish pizza here in Cleveland and so 30 bucks wasn't amazingly hard to part with for the deep dish experience. It took over an hour to arrive which I expected for a deep dish. I opened the box. It was a large regular crust cheese pizza with some flecks of bacon near the distal edges and honest to God two or three tiny squares of white onion under the cheese per slice (yes, I dissected it). There were zero anchovies. It was not only NOT a deep dish pizza, it was barely a passable regular pizza especially for 19 bucks! I called the place. The lady who answered said they don't even sell deep dish and transferred me to a manager who said they don't even use GrubHub (only DoorDash). I said that is interesting as I have a box with your business name on it and a receipt here from GrubHub. To Angela Mia Pizza: Please let GrubHub know you don't serve what I ordered and please call and cancel to refund the order for poor patrons like me when something like this happens instead of just sending me a half-ass random pizza my cat won't even touch instead.

Whenever I'm in Cleveland Ohio it's a must to stop by Angela Mia to get some pizza. I even take an entire pizza back with me in the plane. Now that being said, it's take out only, the lobby is very small but the taste of the pizza is grand. We usually order three or four pizzas to have for the next day but they usually don't make it through the night. If I were you I would call it in and pick it up otherwise you will have to wait in the lobby and while that's not too bad of a thing you will certainly be upset as you smell all of that deliciousness coming from the kitchen. They serve more than just pizza so go check them out. You won't be disappointed. If you stop by tell em Drew sent ya! Be Easy! Drew

Classic! There's never any complaints taste wise but they are extremely busy. You have to call 45 minutes prior and in most cases you'll be on hold for 15-20 minutes.

    Overcooked, no extra cheese. Disappointed

I was let down by my favorite pizza joint! My pizza was incorrect, burnt and delivered to my neighbors house and left on their stoop! Not cool!!!

The Pizza was so good I had to go back for the meatball sub. Angela Mia is now available on the DoorDash app

Coming into the store there was a cute counter by the window if you did decide to sit inside and eat. We came all the way from Kent for the pizza and wanted to try a slice before we left for home so my boyfriend ate a slice in the parking lot really quick. An employee (possibly the owner) came out with napkins and offered us to sit inside. We declined as we had to leave but the man graciously went inside and brought us out cold water bottles for our drive home! It was such a thoughtful gesture. Now onto the pizza. It was delicious! We ordered a regular pepperoni pizza and the white Neapolitan style pizza. It wouldn't let me add pineapple to my pizza online, which was fine because it didn't need it, the pizza was so good! My boyfriend loved his pepperoni pizza and I also enjoyed my Neapolitan style white pizza. It had a great garlicky flavor and was crispy on the crust. Will definitely be back to try the margarita pizza next! So if you're looking for a great pizza with hospitality I recommend coming to Joe De's!

If you check out my reviews, you'll see that I've sampled pizzas in more than one state and more than one country, including Italy. I've sampled many types of crusts and sauces. While the crust here is fine (not the best), the sauce is repulsive. My daughter said "Dad, this area is heavily populated with people from Eastern Bloc countries," to which I responded "If they like their pizza sweet, so be it. But I certainly don't." I understand that there are plenty of pizza styles, including the Greek version, which includes cinnamon on occasion. Yuck. This place is called Napoleon's Pizza, and they claim to conquer pretty much everything, from your pizza craving to the whole town of Parma. Indeed, Napoleon was an Italian dude who was born in France. His conquering skills were excellent, until his greed resulted in the deaths of thousands of soldiers who froze to death. All of that to say, I might've named this place Napoli's Pizza (since Napoli is the birthplace of the pizza we know today). But the sweet sauce here is an abomination, so maybe 'Napolean's' is more appropriate after all.

The food I ordered the anchovy margherita pizza and it was a solid 9.5/10. Easily one of the closest pizzas I've had in the U.S. to the authentic Roman-style pizzas I remember. The only minor criticism -- and honestly not really their fault -- was that the anchovies tasted slightly canned, giving a bit more fishiness than the fresh anchovies commonly used in Italy. The service One of the owners, Annie, felt like the Italian nonna welcoming you into her home. Warm, thoughtful, conversational and constantly making sure everyone was taken care of. That hospitality elevated the entire experience. The atmosphere The restaurant is smaller and lively, so it can get pretty loud, especially on a Saturday night. The music was a tad louder than I personally prefer, but I also think it helps balance out the constant buzz of conversation happening at every table. The wait My friend and I arrived around 6:30 PM on a Saturday and the wait was about an hour and a half -- which is wild for a pizza place, but also says everything about how popular it is. Worth it? If you're craving authentic Italian pizza, absolutely. Overall The food alone makes the noise and wait worthwhile, and the hospitality makes you want to come back. I'd absolutely return the next time I'm in Cleveland.

Since they don't take reservations, mentally prepare yourself for the wait. I came here with three friends on a Friday around 6:00/6:30 and waited around 50 minutes. We opted for the arugula salad and rione salad for the table and the salads were honestly delicious. For pizza, we ordered the larger size sausage pie (red sauce, mozzarella, roasted peppers, sautéed onions, garlic and parmesan). Thin crust with a good bite that holds its integrity pretty decently. Overall, this os probably one of the better pizzas in Cleveland.

That's how I came across Edison's Pizza, which had some great reviews. We ordered a large sausage and pepperoni, and the pickup time was about an hour. After a little trial and error, we finally figured out the pizza shop is actually inside a grocery store. Strange setup, but we eventually found it--and honestly, it was worth both the wait and the free scavenger hunt. The pizza itself was excellent. Great ratio of ingredients, not thin crust and not deep dish--soft in the center with a crispy, crunchy edge. It does come in on the higher side at nearly $30 for a large, but considering the quality and flavor, the value is still there.
