He and his associate were both really awesome and professional, and Dan was nice enough to call around to try to find a local supplier who carried my old and antiquated model so that the cost would be kept low. Unfortunately my condo complex is built as cheaply as possible so nobody carried the part, so i decided to just let Dan replace it. He did that and a full flush for a reasonable price.
