Alll of our emails and phone calls were answered promptly and courteously. The fee for pick up and drop was nominal and helped out a lot. The textile selection was endless. And with so much to choose from, and honest opinion on longevity of the product was helpful. Delivery and drop teams were polite and very conscious of the furniture they were moving as well as the home in which they were moving the furniture into. I loved this couch when I bought it in 1997. But all the moves and climates took a toll on its insides but not its bones. I only had purched enough fabric for the seat cushion, back Euro pillows will be the final addition to this grand lady. I thought I would save some coins too. But I guess it depends on how much work is needed. Oh well, I am contemplating on buying new since the cost isn't too much of a spread. I used this company a few years ago. His work was not up to par and his prices are expensive. He…read morecharged me over $4,000 to reupholster 2 couches and 6 dining room chairs (seats and backs). I had to have the couches fixed because the work was not satisfactory. I also had to send back some of the dining room chairs because, again, they were not upholstered properly. He took forever to return the dining room chairs. I requested a reduction in the price and he offered me $500.00 which he never paid. His excuse was that another person did the work but he clearly should have checked everything before the items were delivered. I think that he was hoping that I would not notice the flaws in his work. Unless his business has undergone a significant change, I would not recommend him.
