The seats had begun to sag and the upholstery didn't match the rug on which they were placed. I called and set-up a time to drop off one of the chairs for him to see and estimate cost, etc., It was difficult to locate his shop which is behind his house, and it definitely is like walking back in time when a craftsman focused on doing one job at a time, and doing it well. Mr. Waggener has been in business for 46 years. When he delivered the four chairs back to me after only a little over a week, they were perfect, seat sits correctly and the fabric was applied professionally. His price was very reasonable compared to other re-upholster projects I have had done, and the finish was better. I wholeheartedly recommend M. Waggener for your next upholstery job.

I needed my family room sofa, loveseat, and club chair cushions re-stuffed a total of 12 cushions. Unsprung came through in a professional, considerate, and extremely timely manner! They listen and care and it shows. They understood that our primary living space could not be days without proper seating. I scheduled an appt. for consultation. We confirmed that they had all of the materials in stock, and due to our close proximity, I was able to consistently deliver a couple of cushions at a time for replacement and once those were completed, I would deliver more. They started the job on Tuesday 18th and the job was completed on Thursday 20th @ 2pm. I highly recommend them.
