Romero's cleaning service was recommended in Nextdoor comments a couple months ago which inspired me to call him for help. I called Thursday and my chairs are done on Saturday. I got my carpets cleaned today by Joel and they look fantastic! Whatever non-toxic application they put on first left a fresh (citrus maybe?) scent and stains are gone. We have a dog so there are certain areas on the carpet that he frequents that get the dirtiest, so those will never be perfect. But our entryway stairs (which were horrendous) look 100% better. Joel was quick to respond when I texted for an appointment, he came the same week on a Saturday afternoon, and was punctual. I was very pleased with the results.
