Super cute and trendy boutique carrying tons of labels...for sure you will find yours. I like their sweaters and jeans and their sales rack is always full of surprises. I could not resist the Valentine's sweaters...ahhh they look so lovely.

    Rip one

I bought a 350$ leather jacket from this store and after three months of everyday use it's ripped in multiple places. It is very low quality for the price. I would not recommend spending money at this store.

Might I have a problem? Might I be providing my bank account with too much exercise? Could it be possible that so many sales girls know this li'l girls name in all these boutiques from SF to NYC??? Ahhhhh well, I guess I must plead 'guilty' to all of the above ... Romi is yet another of my local faves. This 2-story gem continues to please me each and every time I stop by. Last time I scored a whole bunch of cashmere sweaters (you never can be too warm braving the cool Chicago and NYC winters) and this time I was on the look out for some fun spring and summer numbers, possibly a stellar vanilla Nanette Lepore flare-leg suit... You know, my usual hobby these days! Upon entering Romi you can peruse the racks and racks of stylish duds outlining the walls and tables of jeans, tops, purses spread throughout the middle of the boutique. And if roaming the store proves to be too tiring, or if you're one of those girls that brings the boy shopping with you (OK, why must you do this? They're perfectly happy at home with the PGA or latest Xbox 360 ... Alright alright, I admit that in the past, I brought the boy shopping a few times -- but hey, he wanted to come - I swear!), they have a few couches situated in the middle to chill ... Some of the designer labels you'll be thrilled to find: Rebecca Beeson, Nanette Lepore, T-bags, Lauren Moffatt, Theory, Bishop of Seventh, C&C, Cossabella, Rich & Skinny (OK, I had to try on these uber cute pants - how could I not with this brand name - winks and smiles), and tons and tons more. If you're just looking for a Tshirt or casual long-sleeve, tromp up the stairs and you have an entire room dedicated to these comfy pieces - I can't think of any boutique that dedicates an entire floor/room to cotton wares - way to keep it real, Romi! And for that exhibitionist in us all, the fancy changing rooms have these large leather-velvet curtains that close while you change - well, it doesn't matter what you do, they never quite close enough... There's always that little window to the boutique - that little sliver of light that passes thru ... Oh yah, did I mentin they're open on Sunday? Yah baby!!! Peruse. Shop. Enjoy.

A cute tee that I picked up today.

Sal was incredible to work with he truly embodies what the brand stands for. He greeted every customer coming in and out with warmth and professionalism and made my first experience consigning items seamless and enjoyable. Consigning my pieces was smooth, informative, and stress-free. Sal took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process feel premium from start to finish. Thank you, Sal, for delivering such outstanding service. I also really appreciated the level of security. With security stationed at the front door managing entry and exit, I felt completely safe bringing in high-value items. If you're looking for a secure, professional place to sell or consign luxury pieces, I highly recommend this location. On top of that, they have an amazing selection unique items I haven't seen at other locations. This Palo Alto store is officially my home location, and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top tier customer service, security, and an elevated luxury experience. Thank you Sal and to the rest of the team! I then sat for several minutes waiting for assistance with a return, only to be spoken to in a dismissive manner once someone finally approached me. There were only two customers in the store at the time, so the lack of service was especially disappointing. Afterward, I followed up with my SA, who has always provided excellent service, and my concerns were escalated to management. Unfortunately, instead of taking accountability for how I was treated, Salvador responded with an email attempting to justify the behavior by implying the team was busy assisting others. That explanation simply did not reflect the reality of the situation. I responded respectfully, emphasizing that accountability matters and expressing hope that this could serve as a learning opportunity for the staff. I also clarified that my experience should not be attributed to high traffic when the store was clearly not busy. I never received a response. At this point, I question how thoroughly my complaint was actually reviewed. It feels easier for staff to claim they were occupied than to acknowledge poor customer service and address it honestly.

While I still like Cuyana products, the service in this location is disappointing. You're better off staying online if you can. The last time we were at the Stanford shopping center, we happened to see a sign outside Cuyana that said treats/drinks with Anton (Patisserie). So I excitedly thought why not drop in? We see a table at the back with several treats, and debate which ones to try. Just as I'm debating a second macaron to grab for my husband, the associate approaches us for the first time during our visit. She apparently was watching us from behind, visibly upset and worked up about how it's only ONE per person. Ok, chill, no need to speak like we're thieves or a nuisance -- especially because this is the first time you've bothered to interact with us at all during the visit without any acknowledgement or greeting upon us entering? Read the room. You obviously don't care about service but are worried about one too many treats for a couple of people just happy to be there and look around. Talk about being unwelcoming. What's the point of advertising treats when your customers don't even feel welcomed to enjoy them? And no we're not there "just for free stuff."

Seeing that there are already so many bad reviews for this location just proves I'm not alone. If you order online, they base the return window on the order date, not the delivery date. So if your item is a preorder or back-dated, it counts against you even though you have not received it yet. I brought proof that my delivery date was well within the 14 day return policy, and they still refused to issue my refund. For clarity: my order shipped November 19, was delivered November 25, and was returned December 4, which is well within 14 days of receiving it. It is also extremely common and encouraged by most retailers to order two sizes online to ensure one fits, especially when shopping for clothing you cannot try on in store. The fact that this was not accepted and was used against me is not okay. The staff was rude and dismissive, and I was forced into store credit instead of being given the refund I was entitled to. At this point, I am completely done with Aritzia. Cute clothes but terrible customer service. I will be escalating this to management because this policy and how it is enforced is not ethical.

I was intrigued by them and thought we could use something similar for the empty space above our fireplace at home. I wanted to hang some kind of art other than a painting there, anyway. I did some research online and found similar art work on Etsy. However, I wasn't comfortable ordering online for something the size we wanted without seeing their actual work in person. When our daughter was in town at the end of March, we went to Terrain again to get her opinion and to discuss with the staff there in more detail before deciding to order a single custom art piece. We talked to one of their designers, Reid, about the different options, and told her our budget, the size, the wood pieces and decorative elements we liked. Reid was incredible and so easy to work with. She sent us photos of her beautiful initial design of the moss art base and some decorative options after about a week. After exchanging a couple emails and talking on the phone with her, we stopped by to look at some of the elements in person as we're in the area that day, anyway. We loved how Reid refined the piece based on our feedback, and always kept us posted on any changes in price estimates. The end result looked stunning! When we picked up the moss art, another staff took great care in finding a large box and wrapping it so that we could bring the piece back home safely. We really appreciated it. I signed up for Terrain text message and got a 10% off code. They honored it at the store, as well. Every time we're in the store, we always found something interesting to look at, and the staff were super friendly. It's been more than 6 months, and the moss art still looks great. We love it!
