I hit a bit of misfortune with my boot, the boa lacing system actually broke while I was on the mountain. I fell a lot (likely attributed to inexperience) and actually fell while boarding the ski lift and the boa broke right off. When I went back to the store, the employees were very gracious and gave me a rain check for the next time I visit. They informed me that it's relatively rare for these to break and I believe it. I still had a great time. It was unlucky, but I'm excited for next time. I spent ~$35 for the boots and board and I was at Snow Valley all day.

The staff helping us were super friendly and patient and made the entire process super smooth! They also do repairs so if you have your own equipment that needs adjustments, they can help with that too! It's at a very convenient location about 10 minutes away from the actual resort and they close at 5pm (an hour after the resort closes) and they also have lockers outside if you do come back after they close. Overall really positive experience and customer service was great! Will Be back!

Forgot his name but the owner is very friendly and always makes conversation with everybody. Prices are the best I've seen at any ski rental shop and discounts are offered for return customers. Anytime I'm skiing in big bear this is the go to place to rent skis. 6/5 stars

We were looking for tannis armor because that's what the other bike shop suggested but Victorville cycles sold us something cheaper saying that we don't need anything that expensive. I was very surprised that they weren't just trying to sell us something. They were actually trying to fix the problem that we had and his inner tubes hold up so we are very pleased we even took my bike back because it was having problems with the bearings they fixed the bearings and it was done a day later, even though we didn't pick it up for a week because we were busy. I will drive to Victorville to get my bike fixed.
