However, he only succeeded in making the basic repair into a bigger basic repair. He mentioned something about finding the nuts and other items at Home Depot and some threads on the rim may be cross-threaded. Big red dang flag. I asked permission to handle it myself. I took it to Victorville Cycles. Showed it to the gentlemen at the counter. He asked my name. I answered "grandfather". Let him know what happened and left thinking it was going to cost a whole bunch. Got a text later that day that repairs made and come get it. Price was surprisingly low. They are mechanical, knowledgeable and customer friendly. Great job, competitive prices and great service. For you professional bicyclists, no need to ship your bikes to Germany or Italy for repairs. Eddie quoted me $15 and put it right up in the rack while we waited. He ended up spending way longer than I'm sure he had expected to because a few other links were messed up. In the end, he fixed it and as he was taking the bike off the rack he saw the handlebars were a little loose. Without thinking twice he loosened up the goose neck, made a few adjustments and then tightened everything up. Then he took n the bike over to the air and made sure the tire pressures were right. I told him to charge me more than the $15 he quoted, but he refused. These guys and gals at AV bikes are great. They know what they're doing and treat you like a customer should be treated. They've earned my business and I will send anyone who asks for a good bike shop their way.

All I needed was to exchange some inexpensive tubes for my service Dogs trailer. The were 20 dollars, they went flat after one use. When I originally purchased them, she sold me the wrong size, so I had to buy larger tires. They wrote me a receipt on the back of a piece of register paper, not sure why. I'm guessing that they were the crap tubes that they were just trying to get rid of. She explained, "they are thorn resistant, not thorn proof". That said, I just wanted better tubes for his trailer. I asked her if she would just credit me 20 towards purchasing a better inner tube product from there store, she said no ! I asked her if she was okay with losing a good customer over 20 dollars and stated that bad reviews can hurt a business. I have had jobs in my life, and reputation is everything !!! We asked to adjust the bike to test the fit but they couldn't seem to figure out where the tools were (or if they had them)... until we got Caleb. He was amazing! He went so far above and beyond to help us find the right bike for our son. They inspected the bike in full and fixed an issue with the gears. I also want to recognize the cashier, Trinity. So I've been going to this place for my Honda quad for years. Before, I have to say that the…read moreservice they did was great and was affordable. Fast forward to 2 years, I couldn't ride my quad due to illness and and it sat for 2 years. I tried to start it and it would fire up but won't stay on. So I decided that since Rams Motorsports worked on my quads maintenance before I stored it I would bring it back to them. Once it was there a few days later I received a phone call from Allan, a long time worker there for years. He gave a me price of $600!!!! I was floored and asked him what was wrong with it. He mentioned that the carburetor had to cleaned and gas had to be drained. I couldn't afford that price so I had asked him if I could take the quad back. He said it would cost me $200 to get it back for the diagnosis work. I figured I would call another Motorsports. I was told that the diagnosis would only cost me $95. So I called Allan back and told him I other Motorsports charges $95 and I told I can give them $100. He finally agreed to release the quad to me for $100 for the just the diagnosis. When I brought it to the other Motorsports they mentioned that Rams Motorsports didn't even take the carburetor apart or did anything at all. In fact, after they worked on my quad come to find out that the gas was still good and it wasn't the carburetor at all. It was only the battery that needed to be replaced. I want everyone to know that I was loyal to Rams Motorsports until this experience. In fact, I wanted to buy more things to purchase for my quad. Well, they won't get anything from me now. They lost my loyalty and my business. To everyone that comes here or think of coming here... Please ask questions and get another opinion from another Motorsports.
