So I've been going to this place for my Honda quad for years. Before, I have to say that the service they did was great and was affordable. Fast forward to 2 years, I couldn't ride my quad due to illness and and it sat for 2 years. I tried to start it and it would fire up but won't stay on. So I decided that since Rams Motorsports worked on my quads maintenance before I stored it I would bring it back to them. Once it was there a few days later I received a phone call from Allan, a long time worker there for years. He gave a me price of $600!!!! I was floored and asked him what was wrong with it. He mentioned that the carburetor had to cleaned and gas had to be drained. I couldn't afford that price so I had asked him if I could take the quad back. He said it would cost me $200 to get it back for the diagnosis work. I figured I would call another Motorsports. I was told that the diagnosis would only cost me $95. So I called Allan back and told him I other Motorsports charges $95 and I told I can give them $100. He finally agreed to release the quad to me for $100 for the just the diagnosis. When I brought it to the other Motorsports they mentioned that Rams Motorsports didn't even take the carburetor apart or did anything at all. In fact, after they worked on my quad come to find out that the gas was still good and it wasn't the carburetor at all. It was only the battery that needed to be replaced. I want everyone to know that I was loyal to Rams Motorsports until this experience. In fact, I wanted to buy more things to purchase for my quad. Well, they won't get anything from me now. They lost my loyalty and my business. To everyone that comes here or think of coming here... Please ask questions and get another opinion from another Motorsports. read more

I got a quote for 250$ from Allen to put new tires on i had previously purchased . I got quoted 25 a tire from another place lol ridiculous

4 months ago i took my bike to ram motor sports for repairs after a month and a half i got a called from allen giving me a $8,000 estimate which i find ridiculous so i just ask him to estimate the repairs on the safe to ride items which he thought tires,brakes,oil change,headlight and most of the lights will be included so he gave me an estimate of $1300 leaving outside the estimate all the cosmetic work so i agreed with the price. i said to him that little by little i was gonna order the rest of the parts trough the bike shop so after a month i get a called again saying that he forgot to included the most important safety item in the estimate so i ask him how much would that cost me he goes another $500 dollars i shake my head and just gave him the green light to order watever he was gonna need for my bike to ride safe so he said he order those parts and he said he put them on but never show me the old parts and when i tough i was gonna get a called from him saying your bike is ready to drive nooo he calls me for a 4th time saying that he thinks the chain and the front axel needs to be replace because he thinks they are no safe to ride... oh my fucking god! Really am being reap off little by little and he thinks that i dont know shit because am not a bike mechanic really am i the only one being fuck by this shop and i cant do shit? So i pick up my bike just the way it was and am fucking piss i wasted $1800 dollars on a bike that it cost me $1500 from a friend that dropped it and he thinks he can make money doing nothing on my bike? Staff very friendly but got my top end rebuilt for a 450 took 2 months and used the wrong gaskets still sticking out not trimmed up then after taking it on its first ride it started leaking oil so I took it back and tried to charge 140 for something that takes 15 mins and 8 dollars in parts and then said my master cylinder needed to be rebuilt for 170 bucks that again takes 20 mins and a 20 dollar kit then come to find out it didn't need it just needed the fluid changed I wouldn't trust them I'm not coming back read more

Bike tires are a must in the high desert and I have to say the young man that helped me out really went above and beyond. Walked them out to the truck and very knowledgeable. I posted a review last week now it's gone. I took my bike here because I got a flat tire. They charge me $190 to mail a tire plus the $150 for the tire. Mojave Motorsports and Cha Cha Cha Motorsports both called me at $60 plus the cost of a tire. After having them put a tire on I left a notice that my bike did not sound the same or ride the same. The damage my brake pads. My calipers we're constantly putting pressure against the rotors and not releasing. When I showed up this was not an issue. I called back and told him I heard the grinding noise and explain the situation. Immediately the technician started blaming it on my fender and said "it's probably your rear fender because it's flopping all over the fucking place." I was pretty upset when I heard that so I replied and told him exactly why my rear fender was flopping all over the effing place. I do not recommend the shop not one bit. I recommend Howard and sons, I recommend Leo's out while racing, I recommend Mojave motorsports, I recommend cha-cha-cha motor. But never will I recommend this place. Not only was I ripped off at a price almost 3 times what another shop would charge but left with damaged brakes. I think it was a Tim that I talked to on the phone. When I picked the bike up they told me they inspected me brake pads, calipers and spline on the shaft drive. Don't support these hacks. Terrible service. Poor craftsmanship. read more

Been to RAM Motorsports a few times looking for parts. The place is well organized and has a good stock of parts and gear. Most my gear also comes from RAM because I believe in supporting local businesses instead of giving my money to the corporate owned . Make sure you support your local businesses whenever you have the ability to. It might be a little less convenient than just having it arrive at your doorstep the day after you want something but it feels much better knowing you are contributing to helping someone instead of a corporate company. read more

Alan is great!! It is always a little nerve racking about finding a place to work on your bike. I gave this place a chance when the rear tire on my 2005 Vulcan need to be changed. if i could give a zero star i would. they are very very very bad at changing tires for an ATV. i had bought 2 new front tires for my ATV and paid for them to replace my used ones with my new. my used tires were almost new so i had someone lined up to buy them. To make it even worse the guy i was selling them to came 2 hours to buy it not only to find out when i got home i seen that the guy or (KID) who changed my tires cut 4 holes in my tires. 2 on each tire. i for sure don't think this was a mistake. how do you make 4 mistakes.... i told them i need my old tires back cuz i am going to sell them. they replied with no problem. also one of my new tires was not even on the rim correct i had to do it myself, i am very disappointed he didn't tell me when he handed me the tires you cant make a slash like that and not notice. And at a price of $204 for just 2 tires you'd think you get better service. you will be way better off to go somewhere else to buy your tires. and for sure don't let then put it on the rim here.. read more
