This place is great for your bicycle needs. As a newbie to the modern cycling world, the staff was very helpful. TJ stood out the most to me and I want to leave a review to make sure he gets credit and recognition from the management. Ask for TJ and he will help guide you to the best and correct purchase. He is very knowledgeable and has customer service skills which nowadays is a huge plus. So many younger kids working without the ability to be a representative of the business. Working with someone like TJ goes a long way when you are spending money there. I would leave if my time was not met with care and appreciation. My husband has redone a few Schwinn bikes for our kids throughout the years and he always went to Incycle to put the bike back together once the parts were rechromed or painted and paid $50-$75. Today he went and they quoted him $219 for the same service. What a rip off....almost 200% increase. Of course he didn't leave the bike to be done here. So I've been coming to Incycle since I was a kid , now that I have a kid of my own I bring his staycyc bike here when it needs fixing , I've came here on multiple occasions and the service they give me here is always a 10/10 ! This last time I left it here for literally 3 months maybe 4 ... Yay Incycle!!! Thank you for telling my wife that 1 of our tires just needed a patch and the other just needed some more sealant.... Leaving for vacation in the morning and both tires are flat again. I pulled off the one tire that they said, "just needed a patch" (even though we wanted to buy a new tire)... guess what, there's no patch and the sealant is just blowing out of the hole. The other tire isn't holding air either. Here we are, leaving for Colorado in the morning, planning on riding trails on the way up and we'll need to stop at a shop on the road and get new tires anyway. I doubt that even if we did buy new tires from Incycle that their tech would've even installed them correctly. What a waste of time and money. read more

We initially ordered two brand-new bikes online and had them shipped to Incycle Rancho Cucamonga for pickup. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The staff barely acknowledged us, offered no assistance with seat adjustments or getting the bikes ready to ride, and showed little interest when we were looking to buy additional gear. It felt like we were being ignored during what should have been an exciting purchase. After leaving a review, I was contacted by Brian, the store manager, who reached out and offered to make things right. He invited us back to have my girlfriend's bike fixed, and when we returned, another manager greeted us right away. The team was friendly and attentive, promptly serviced her bike, and let us know about the 90-day free tune-up that comes with new bike purchases. This second experience was a complete turnaround. We always have a good experience here. We recently just bought our sons, and both my husband and I each some bikes. The employees here are very informative, and answered all of our questions. They have excellent customer service too. I just came in today because they had a sale on helmets. One of my sons really wanted a light blue color, which was sold out in the helmet my other son was getting. Although I was trying to help my son sort through his disappointment of not getting the one he wanted(because let's face it-that's life,) the employee went above and beyond to make it work for my son. He didn't have to, and I really appreciate the effort he took to make it work out. Honest pricing, great service and quick turnaround time. I visited a few local bike shops requesting quotes. My bike is basically brand new only been ridden a few times I needed a tuneup and the front tire bars had to be align. I was being quoted from other places over $100. I didn't feel like that was a very fair price and luckily, I ran into incycle. The gentleman I spoke with over the phone was very knowledgeable and was able to provide an estimate depending on if there's other issues with my bike that arise during the in person inspection. I started taking the train to work last year when gas was over $6/gal. I came here to buy a bike to ride to the train station and from the train station to work. When I came in everyone was super welcoming and helpful when it came to what bike to choose from. They even offered to let me ride the bikes around the parking lot to get a feel for it. After i purchased the bike I've come back a couple of times for a few accessories and I always get the same 5 star customer service. I've been having issues with the gears on my bike lately and it finally took a dump and had to bring the bike in today to get fixed. I called in today to get my bikes checked out and Brian said to come in and can give me a rough estimate. Skyler checked out and fixed my bike and added tubing and a liquid cement in between the tubing the tires so less chances to getting my wheels getting a flat tire. Skylar wiped down my dusty bike and installed the rear light that Brian helped me chose while waiting to get my bike fixed. Watched them face to face getting it taken apart and assembled. Didn't take longer than 20 minutes I think and what I like about this place is the customer service. Pricing to get it done was fair and what I get from it is a nice rideable bike with a nice rear light. So no complaints here all compliments. Went to incycle rancho cucamonga to get my new suspension install even tho im hour away because i thought they are great servicing MTB and im a repeat customer. Picked up the bike and first thing i noticed is the suspension being so stiff almost feels like a hardtail and i was told it is already setup for me. I doubt it, but its ok i can adjust it later. Came home and had the chance to inspect the bike and i was surprised that the front brake caliper screws are not even screwed all the way in. Rode the bike and i can feel the resistance when turning so end up checking the headset and its full of dirt. Also, it wont hurt to torque the bolts to spec for safety. Maybe its just a bad day, rushed work, lazy day, or who knows it may be. I know one thing is for sure, im not going back to this store to service any of my bikes. I hope the next person will have better experience when they service their bikes at this store. read more

It's been a long time since I've felt like I've been into a local store and received excellent customer service. It seems like it's gone by the wayside, especially in the bike industry. COVID brought us into a whole new world when it came to buying a bike, especially a high end bike. Typically no one has any sort of inventory to think of especially in my size. But that's where I was completely taken by surprise by Aaron at Incycle. First off he helped me find a bike in my size, and it was the color I actually wanted on top of that. He said he could get it transferred to the store so I could actually touch it and see if I liked it. There was no pressure or commitment to buy it. He said, "if you don't like it, don't buy it!" I really felt like he just wanted to see me happy and with the bike that I wanted. Throughout the buying process he kept in touch with me, but it wasn't in an overbearing way, just making sure I felt I was being taken care of. I came with no knowledge aside from what I had read online, and left feeling like I couldn't have picked a better place to start. I was helped by Nick, who was very enthusiastic and willing to let me see anything and everything I wanted. He assisted in pulling several bikes for me to make sure I was getting the proper size, and style bike for the type of riding I will be doing. I made my price point clear, and he was very respectful in navigating the different bikes they had to offer that fit my criteria. He even offered to look in their inventory at other locations if there was a different color I was looking for. I was fairly certain on the bike I chose, and Nick asked another staff member to throw some pedals on, and we went for a test ride. It was a great way to get acquainted with the bike, and feel confident in my decision. He then helped me with any accessories I might need (bottle cage, helmet) and finished up the paperwork process. At no point was anyone pushy or trying to sell me on ANYTHING, and everyone on staff was very nice and helpful. I came in nervous that I would be way out of my element, but i was completely wrong. Rented a bike for a triathlon from Friday to Monday. This was one of the easiest experiences with renting sports equipment. This was my first triathlon so I did not have much experience as to what I needed and how everything on the bike worked. They were so kind and told me what would be helpful and went through everything. They even helped me put it in my car! The bike worked perfectly with no issues throughout the race.
