The tech knew what settings my car had to be set to and knew how to use the pucks needed to lift the car. I bought my tires online using their credit card (it gave you 5% off which was a pretty good deal) and made my appointment online. I walked in for my 8:45am appointment and my car was done at 9:50am which I thought was a reasonable wait time for the shop being pretty busy. The negative reviews are most likely coming from people that walked in an expected everyone to drop what they were doing to care care of them. Make an appointment online, buy your tires online, and it will be a very smooth process. Staff were very friendly too and provided a good service. I will use them again in the future.

My son took his car to Discount Tire because he had a nail in one of the tires. The tires were 10…read moreyears old, so they could not patch it and recommended getting all new tires. The estimated wait time that my son was given went past the time by almost two hours. When he got home, I noticed that one of his hubcaps was missing. I sent him back to Discount Tire to see if they had it or maybe it was not put back on tight enough and came off as he was driving home. They did not have the hubcap when he went back, but they told him to go to the nearest Auto Zone, get a new set of hubcaps and they reimbursed him and put the hubcaps on. The car looks nice.
