Not great! Not great at all! We traded in a Cadillac Escalade a year ago and purchased a 2013 Nissan Murano. We were less than enthused by the sales staff. First, what's up with the no computer thing? None of the sales reps have computers? They write the information down on paper and then I'm assuming it goes to someone in the back who enters it into the system. Really slows things down a lot. A lot of sitting around and waiting. We were told that Ron doesn't like computers. He feels it takes away from the sales process. If that's true... Ron, the 21st century beckons! Open your wallet and by your people computers! The Toyota dealership where I go, every salesperson has a computer at their desk for data entry but they also have a tablet. They can use the tablet to do comparisons of different vehicles, bring up vehicles that they have on the lot, bring up information on a particular vehicle. All kinds of stuff. This is really necessary equipment in today's market. We knew the value of the Cadillac Escalade to be around $21,000 as a trade-in value. We found this on Kelley blue book before going to see them. They started their negotiation at $12,000 for the trade-in, we laughed in their face and left. Over the next couple of days they kept calling us as they found "new and creative ways" to increase the trade-in value, i.e. get us back onthe sales floor for another bite at the apple. Eventually, they were able to give us $20,000 trade-in. WTF? I mean, that's ridiculous to start at $12,000 and then play every sales game that there is. I can understand that they want to buy low and sell high but if we had taken that $12,000 offer, that's such a dishonest business practice. As it is, the vehicle needed almost no work done. They'll wax it, clean the interior etc. and sell it for $25,000. The worst part was the sales floor manager. This guy was slimy to say the least. Every used-car salesman stereotype you can imagine. They kept going back, playing good, bad cop with us. Keeping us waiting while he "went and spoke with the floor manager". Absolutely ridiculous games! My wife actually lost it at one point and screamed at them and walked out the door. I think at the end of the day, we must've left and come back five or six times. I can't really tell you why we eventually bought the Nissan Murano from them. My wife really liked the car, still does, and we ended up getting the deal we were looking for so everything worked out okay but it just took a long time to get there and it was very frustrating. read more

I negotiated lease over the phone after seeing the salesperson in the store when they arrive the finance guy said he couldn't do that it was 350 a month versus 300 a month as talking to another dealer in Mallboro and he said the doublecheck with corporate who couldn't help me so now going to Mallboro, The finance guy was contradicting the sales guy in never talked I guess because I asked them to doublecheck and triple check over the phone read more

We were in a pinch with our Nissan Rogue, the "key fob" became unprogrammed and we needed the fob to be reprogrammed so that the fob would open the doors as it should, the service department at RON BOUCHARD NISSAN told us to come down at 11:00 on Friday and they could program the fob for us, when we arrived they instantly said that the fob could not be programmed and that we would need to purchase another one. Seeing we were there and our hands were pretty much tied as they had the vehicle inside and said it wouldn't start without a new one, we had no choice but to have them give us a new fob and program it to the vehicle. An hour later after the fob was programmed we paid $383.75 for a simple key fob with programming. After we got back home, we called Nissan of Keene to see if they could program our old fob just to see if we needed a new one as DEREK DIBONA stated, we went to NISSAN OF KEENE and 30 minutes later we had our vehicle back with the original key fob programmed and working. Not only did DEREK D lie to us and tell us that our perfectly good fob was bad, they overcharged us for the new one that they did sell us. Nissan of Keene quoted us $216.66 for a new fob and programming if we needed one, so paying Bouchards $383.75 ( a 167.09 difference ) for the same exact part from the same supplier is dishonest and robbery. When asked about it, Derek said that they get $140/hour for labor fee (Nissan of Keene $66/Hr) and we guess a 44% mark up on an already marked up price is normal. I can't speak of all of the service managers, but Seth is the best in my opinion. I am always pleased when I interact with him during my appointments, more so than some of his peers. I will never go to this company for a service ever again. While purchasing my used subaru forester from them, they had me as a 17 year old sign paperwork concerning a lot of matters that werent discussed WITHOUT A PARENT PRESENT. Ended up charging me for something i didnt even know what i was signing. Thankfully, the dropped the cost for it. But i recieved a free oil change for purchasing my car there, i thought all was well, took longer than expected but i couldnt complain. I got my first oil change today since then and not only did the not screw on my drain plug hardly at all, i had lost most of my oil (i had less than 2 quarts) and almost blew up my engine. The best thing was, my $30 WALMART oil change was more thorough and correct and informative than my $45 shitty ron bouchard oil change. Needs a serious change in service. read more

Do your homework before you walk in and don't buy on the spot. Also watch out for profit increasing dealer add-ons and don't forget to include the doc fee in your total cost to purchase. Love this Nissan dealer, although it is far far away from my home. Wonderful experience buying a new car. Jacob was attentive, respectful and knowledgeable about the vehicles and the overall process. He stayed late Friday evening until 8pm to help me purchase a new car, on the pick up day, he also drove about 80 miles round trip to pick me from home. it was a nice smooth transaction and I really appreciate all Jacob's help. read more

Sorry for the low rating however, when its comes to service there is much to be desired, my bumper was on the ground when to your dealership where I purchased the vehicle it has 26,000 miles your saleperson refused to assist, we told to go to a repair shop down the street, Thank God for Clapman's. We were interested in seeing if we could get out of a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder we have had for about seven months. It's not a good fit for us (the middle seat is a bench and does not move forward enough to easily access the third row, it's also completely useless if you have two car seats) and it has electrical problems (touch screen freezes and blacks out, preset radio stations AND preset seat settings randomly disappear, the back windshield wiper is inconsistent, it's telling me the battery in my key fob is low when it was just replaced, etc.). We looked at a Honda Pilot before Christmas, a 2019. Honda sales guy said to follow the proper channel and talk to our sales guy, finance guy, and the general manager at Nissan. I talked to the GM, he did not care in the least bit, that was entirely obvious. The sales guy wasn't in, he still hasn't called us 4 or 5 weeks later. Finance guy was on paternity leave but we were told he would be in and out. A week would pass, we'd call, be told finance guy was in a meeting or with a customer and he'd call us back. No call back. We contacted the Honda sales guy and said we tried. He had us come in and talked to us said he'd keep us updated, he didn't. It was also at this time, we relayed that we were NOT set on a brand new 2019 vehicle, nor did it have to be a Pilot. He said he would let the finance guy know. Called last Tuesday (1/8/2019) and finally talked to the finance guy. He said I have no idea what was going on but I've been gone for three and a half weeks and I just got back. My response: So everyone has been lying??? He said I don't know what happened but give me until noon tomorrow. We had a discussion about what the issue was, what we wanted to do, and I was told he was completely unaware of any conversation had thus far whether it be with the Honda sales guy or anyone at Nissan. I don't feel he was paying attention at all, in fact, I know he wasn't because I could hear people saying his name and having full conversations with him in the background. Noon tomorrow came and went, he finally called at 230 and said still working on it. Haven't heard from him since. Call on Friday (1/10/2019) was told he's not in. Called Saturday (1/12/2019) and told he's with a customer he'll call you back. No call. Called Sunday (1/13/2019) and he's not in. I'm told I'll be transferred to Mel. Instead, the General Manager gets on the phone is completely rude, doesn't care, doesn't care everyone lied, tells me basically it's our fault because we've been "jumping around from dealership to dealership" and then has the balls to say "this is as high as it goes, there's no one above me". I have never been addressed in such an arrogant and offensively aggressive manner. He also casually mentioned that the finance guy had come to him the night before to see if there were any vehicles that would work for us. I could hear the insinuation that this endeavor was hanging in the balance of his word and he clearly enjoys that power. Also maybe insinuating that the finance guy had yet to address it with him? I ended the conversation telling him we would keep the Pathfinder for now and find another dealership to work with in the future. I know that means absolutely nothing to this man and after having three Nissan vehicles with them, that's really upsetting. We used to compliment our sales guy and finance guy up and down, refer everyone to them and call them our "Dream Team". All we wanted was a yes or no. And if it was no, some kind of short term plan that would get us a yes and a different, better functioning vehicle. We didn't expect them to move mountains, but no one would call us back so we could let them know this! read more

The salesman that helped me, Jeffery Duenas, was very knowledgable on the handful of cars I was considering and made sure that I was choosing a car that I loved. He made the process of shopping for my first brand new car very easy and enjoyable. When I went to pick up my car he sat in it with me and went over all the unique features of the car, made sure I had all my questions answered and was happy with my purchase. Highly recommend him! BUYER BEWARE. i bought a versa from a nice salesman named richard. i love the car! ok lets go into the finance office. "oh mr. customer the bank requires you to buy a service contract in order for them to loan you money"... WRONG!!!!! it is a scam known as "packing" and it happened to me. so when i found out i went on down there and was assured by the GM, a guy named Tony, that id get a full refund. Stopped by while out of town and met w Gabe C. in sales. At the time I was not really sure if I was going to purchase a car, much less a Nissan, much less from out of state! So we talked and he started to get a picture of what I was looking for. He walked me through the inventory and showed me some terrific options, but I did not end up buying anything. I never felt any pressure to buy and he gave me as much time as I needed. When I got home to VA, the first car he showed me really stuck with me but I told Gabe I needed to see it again before deciding. He suggested I test drive it and potentially some others with similar styles. I agreed but was also concerned about the legwork & hassle involved with an out of state purchase (esp with my trade-in). He assured me he would handle everything and walk me through step by step. The following month I was back in MA for business and I went by Ron Bouchard's. I drove the car and some others but fell back in love w my 370Z. He found the exact one I wanted at sister lot and we signed the deal. He and the great staff and RB's took care of all of the back & forth paperwork for me, walked me through the process, handled my trade-in from a distance, and Gabe is even driving my car from MA to VA to deliver it for me. What started out has a pleasant car buying experience turned into a nightmare! Went there for a used car, numbers didn't work out, left on good terms with the intent of returning back there when something more in line with what I wanted to spend was available. I was upfront with the max price I was willing to finance. They called me the moment I got home making it sound like they could work with the terms I wanted. However, the sales man wasn't completely honest with what the offer actually was and was very misleading. Shame on me for not asking more clarifying questions on the phone before making another 45 minute trip each way but they obviously knew what they were doing. Didn't realize until I drove back there and was about to sign the papers that their counter offer was worse than the original one I walked away from. They were able to "work with me" by extending the finance terms and increasing the interest rate, costing me more in the long run (all while playing dumb to our initial conversation and conditions). I will NEVER go back there again. Very disappointing experience. I would have returned to purchase a car there in the future until they decided to waste my time. I was not expecting to be in the market for a new car but after an accident totaled my car I had no choice. I had been to two other dealers with slow and unresponsive service but was pleasantly surprised at how much time and effort Eric and Ray took with getting my insurance pay off taken care of. Very upset disgusted and upset with the Nissan service Department. When I bought my Rav4 the sales manager talked me into buying a extended warranty saying, "you don't want to be stuck without a radio in a year" fast forward 6 months, I go in for a oil change, they don't put the oil cap back on, oil everywhere. Fast forward again, guess what! My radio buttons 1 and 2 make the radio shut off, so I call, make an appointment, figured while I was there I would get the front brakes done, 60,000 miles, never been done, time right? Nope, "brakes look great ma'am " really, are you sure, doesn't seem right to me, yes ma'am, they look great. 24 hours later, I'm on the highway, hit the brakes, sounds like the tire is going to fall off, I think omg, they probably didn't put the tire on right. I panic, of course, make it off the highway to Speedee in Gardner. They test drive and I tell them about the previous day's events. They test the brakes to find, that my drivers side from brake pad in up to 290 degrees and the caliber is frozen. Guess what! Service Guy at Nissan says "it's not our fault, the brake pads looked fine" so what could have been a simple brake job, turned into 1000 dollar fix!!!! And the radio wasn't covered either!!!! I am beyond upset, disgusted and disappointed and I normally wouldn't put this, but I don't want another single mother, WOMAN to be taken by this place!!!! Do not go there!!! read more

I would give this no stars. I contacted Bianca about a 2014 maxima I offered to put down a deposit on the car because I really wanted the car. I wasn't able to come in for a couple of days because of my work schedule and the distance over an hour away from home. I stayed in touch and made an appointment with Jessica to see the car the next morning at 930. I arrived on time and was asked to sit and I would meet Bianca but I was dealing with Jessica and a manager Franklin. About ten minutes go by waiting for Bianca who never shows .Franklin is small talking with me then he asks which maxima we are here to see I tell him the 2014 black one he looks on his phone and says which black one I say the one with 26000 miles he says ok I know, he leaves and comes back with Jessica and says it was sold yesterday. He start to try to sell me something else ,this is the end of the conversation I'm all set how can you expect me to trust you if you can't even call me before hand and let me know the car was sold .I wasted my time and effort to make sure the car was available and they can't even call or send an email. Jessica made the appointment with me the day before sent me an email about it she should had to know I was coming and have the car ready in the morning. If she did her job she should have checked the inventory that morning for my car and noticed it was sold and that she had an appointment with me to see it and called me. I never received an apology or a follow up call or email to offer an apology not a way to do business. I will never come back and will hope to inform others of the horrible experience I had . I purchased a used Nissan Maxima from salesman Michael Clancey. The experience was a wonderful one and I would recommend you coming to the dealership and talk to him. He listens and got me what I wanted even if it wasnt what I thought I wanted. In other words he had a Plan B in mind and it worked. I bought the car and came out smiling for the first time in a long time from dealing with all of these high pressure dealerships surrounding the Boston area. I didnt feel pressured at all and I ended up with the car I been setting my eyes on for a while. The rebates are very good but their sales team worked up a deal that I couldnt refuse. When you walk out a dealer without having an increase in payment. You cant refuse that deal no matter what anyone says. This dealer is tops. I will always remember the nice way that I was greeted and told me to look and see what they have and I was not happy with the fact they didnt have what I thought they had. Their website and Nissans was not up to date and both cars were gone. I was not totally expecting to come home with a new Maxima after my first experience with their car group (Honda). They left me dry and I really didnt want to deal with these folks but Michael changed all of that and I will recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for a good car. I bought a used Maxima with only 4K on it and it is like brand new with all of the depreciation gone and now I get to enjoy a new ride for the same payment I had with my practically new HOnda Civic. They gave me a good trade in value which helped me into this Maxima. I will be forever grateful for them helping me get back to the ride I am used too and to my goals that I had reached again.
