Decided to give them another chance. Asked to have a couple of lights fixed while they changed my oil. Was charged for the fix, but the lights were not replaced and didn't work. Took it back in and was told that the owner had personally checked everything and that it had been working- there must be a problem with the wiring. Left without a refund or a fix, I wasn't going down this road again. Pulled and replaced the bulbs myself for much cheaper. Plugged new lights in and they worked without an issue.

I swap on the spare and am on my merry way when ten minutes later a second tire blows. OK, bigger problem - I'm in the middle of no-where with no cell reception and every place of business closed for the holiday. We see a farm house down the road and decide to seek some help. As luck would have it, the owner of Bear Lake Car Care lives here! Bob and his wife graciously invited us in their home (me and the wife, two fighting kids and our yet to be house-broken mutt). They entertained and took care of us for several hours in their home while we waited for two tires to be delivered from Salt Lake (my car has very unique tires). It was around 11pm before Bob could finally put the new tires on. He went out of his way, giving up his day off (and night) to make sure we were taken care of. We were headed too Grand Teton for a getaway. The water pump in our truck went out. We were 50…read moremiles out, and I called Big O. They were very responsive, and said to bring it in. We got towed to them around 3 pm on a Friday and were expecting to have to stay the night. The front desk said, let's see what we can do for you, and try to get you taken care of. They diagnosed the issue, jumped right on it, and had the part coming to their shop withing 20 minutes. They told me they were going to do their best to have it done before 6 pm (closing time). Wife and I went to a nice sandwich at subway across the street, walked around, and by the time we got back, around 5:20, they were just finishing up. We were back on the road by 6 pm. The whole experience with dealing with this location, was positive. The front counter was very helpful, and the mechanics did an excellent job. Not to mention everyone was super polite, and helpful. thank you again for helping us get back on our way, and salvaging our trip, we our very appreciative and grateful we chose your shop!

It the later found other issues like seals etc, so it cost me $1000. I'm thinking great, still saved some money. By the time I got home, my brakes were literally smoking. I took it back and they adjust it. Now they were like it was before. Not working. I gave up till my AC went out. Hell bent on not making the same mistake I went to my mechanic. They have to redo my ebrake and replace the seal. Big o can do tires (last quote for my car was almost twice what I paid at Walmart). I do not recommend Big O Tremonton.
