I fixed a windshield chip with them in 2014. I saw a chip again almost in the same spot. It costs $105 + tax to fix it and it is 100% covered by insurance. I got an appointment the next day (I called yesterday). When I arrived, they inspected it and said it was the original chip that they repaired. With Sun and cold, the filling could fall out with windshield wipers. Yes I used the wipers 3 days prior! They said they will take 20 mins to refill it free of charge! They will cancel my insurance claim! This is great service! I bought the best wipers from them 5 months ago. A month ago they started making noise as the wipers moved upward. They said they would investigate it for me. It turns out the person who installed it removed a thin adapter so the wipers were loose. They put in an adapter and it is now quiet. No charge. They also have a coffee/tea/hit chocolate machine you can use while waiting. read more

Friendly easy going service. They even checked my cabin air filter that my Toyota dealership was supposed to change but didn't and who actually charged me for it. I overheard them ask other customers if they wanted check their air filters ..I guess its another way to make money but no pressure sell there. My only complaint is when they get busy it's hard to get a hold of them, so if you are in a rush, drive down to make an appointment. read more

This location is now a Speedy Glass and the service was great. They got the windshield replaced in a reasonably quick time and threw in new wipers and a hydrophobic coating on the windshield (which is a really nice extra). Just had an amazing experience at this location for a challenging/risky chip repair....the chip as very close to the edge of the window, and John gave an honest opinion that the glass close to edge may split under pressure...but, they would give their best effort to handle it with more caution, and, proceed slower with the process....I was not in the budget for a new windshield...ecstatic that they did just as they promised!...a solid try, and a perfect repair! Went in to have a very small stone chip repaired, and rep confirmed for me it could definitely be repaired... minutes later, he comes out and tells me they fully cracked my windshield, and I would need to go through Insurance to have it FULLY replaced. Suggested I give him a call to do the replacement work though ... also suggested I threaten to leave my insurance company if they didn't give me a discount on the Deductible. Essentially brought my car to this place to only have them break my windshield - went from a $100 fix to a roughly $1000 fix. Went into Apple Auto Glass on Laird on Friday, July 24th 2018 after a freak storm in Toronto the night before. We had a rental car and the back passenger window broke. Erik Boissineau looked after us. Gave us an estimate on the spot. His crew vacuumed out the car, removed all the broken glass, and installed a clear plastic shield over the window so we could continue to drive. It held like a trooper over the weekend. We went in on Monday and everything was repaired in an hour. Supreme customer service from Erik and his crew. Highly recommend this location! First of all this is in the process of rebranding to Speedy Auto Glass. Seems Apple was bought out. Regardless service was still good. Cost to repair the small stone chip / crack on the lower quadrant of my windshield was $105 plus tax. Repair was done professionally and took about 30 minutes. Was told if the windshield cracks and needs to be replaced they will credit the cost of this repair against the replacement. read more

On my way home last night a rock hit the windshield and created 3 chips and a crack. Thankfully Michael at Apple Auto Glass was able to repair the windshield. $75 plus taxes and a warranty for this cost against a windshield replacement should it ever be required. Recommend Apple Auto Glass on Laird if in Toronto but several friends recommended Apple who are in Ottawa and Calgary. Consistent good service and experiences coast to coast. read more

Great experience at Apple Auto Glass on Laird. My car window was smashed by vandals/thieves and my insurance company recommended Apple even though I was unable to put in a claim because my deductible was too high. Apple ordered the part and I was able to drop off my car and pick it up the next day with the window fixed like new. They were very courteous and professional on the phone. The total cost came in at the exact quote (no mysterious add ins) and they even replaced my wipers for free. They also cleaned up all the broken glass from inside the car. Was here years ago and the service was excellent. My insurance didn't cover the repair at the time, but it was inexpensive and the chip did not increase in size during the time I owned the car. Scheduled another visit for some minor repairs on the latest car. Scheduled in for next day, professional and clear on the phone. I took my 2009 Toyota Corolla XRS to Apple Auto Glass because of its 5 Star rating on Yelp. The rear-view mirror had fallen off the windshield . I had been told that I would have to replace my windshield at the dealership ($645) and had received similar resolutions from auto glass vendors ($320+). When I called Michael McLean at Apple Auto Glass on Laird Drive, he indicated that he could re-affix the mirror - cost $20! We made an appointment for 1:00 PM that day. Michael explained what he planned to do, offered me a very nice cup of coffee and a seat in his very comfortable waiting room. Within an hour I was out of there with the mirror/windshield as good as new - all for $20! Most of the wait was to allow the glue to dry and bond.
