I left my car with them for 11 hours while I was at work and they drove it around and burned up all the gas and put a lot of extra kilometres on it. He denies any of this and will blame you for anything that you question him for. I would love to hear his lies about this review.

When I washed it, water ran down the inside of the windshield in three different places. I called them and they asked me to bring it back. I did. They took the glass back out and reinstalled it, using a thinner gasket/trim so the windshield sat more flush and wasn't sticking out at the top. It was an extra 45 minutes in the car and 90 minutes waiting. Now I have a whistling sound when I'm driving. I reached out in frustration and received the following curt response. I will not recommend this service centre to anyone who needs a windshield replacement. They do shoddy work and do not stand behind it either. The third picture clearly shows the windshield is not sitting flush at the top. It protrudes by several millimetres which allows rain and wind in. Save your money, save your time, this was a $325 waste of money, and will result me me having to spend my money in another shop where this should have been done right the first time. They quoted $180 taxes in to replace the cracked windshield on my 2009 Kia Rio5 when everyone else was charging $200+ excluding taxes. On top of that, they offered to come to my workplace to do the job on site. I thought I grabbed an amazing deal. Long story made short: you get what you pay for. Later that day at 5:00 PM, I'm finishing up my shift at work and the workers still didn't show. Tank, the person who answers the phone and the owner, tells me to go to a private body shop near my workplace that they commonly use as a service site and his workers will meet me there. I go to said body shop, and the shop owner is closing up. I advise that my windshield is going to be replaced by Aurum Auto Glass and asked if he was notified to stay open. The shop owner had no clue about what I was saying. The time was 5:30 PM and I call Tank to update him about the situation. He offers to have his workers meet me at my home in 30 minutes to complete the job. It turned out that his workers were 3 cities over and weren't even headed to the body shop. 7:30 PM rolls around and I am still waiting for these workers. Tank has no explanation about the reason for the delay other than his guys being caught up at another job. If it was not already evening, I would have paid more elsewhere to get this job done. The workers finally show up at 8:15 PM after receiving constant calls about directions to my home. They complete the work in an hour. All the while there was no apology or even offer for a discount. It wasn't until I spoke up about the inconvenience did they offer some sort of compensation. The workers then take the cash, and leave. Cut to this morning. I have another vehicle in need of a windshield replacement. Since budget was an issue, and I did end up getting a minor discount during the last fiasco, I thought I would give this company another try. Low and behold, another endless chain of delays and excuses. This time, I had the day off and I only waited an hour before going to a competitor. Stay away.
